Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

I got a little work done on the deck yesterday afternoon, and I'm feeling pretty good about that. We had a wonderful service at church yesterday morning. My nephew, who had been in some trouble, was sent to a Christian Teen Boys program, and it has made all the difference in him! He has joined their choir, and they sang at church yesterday morning. During the service, he stepped out explaining how the Lord has changed his life and restored his relationship with his father and his family. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. We were all crying! Then they acted out a powerful drama about restisting temptation by focusing on the Lord. It was great!

I went to Lowe's Saturday and got (what I hope is) the last of the lumber needed for the deck. I can see the end of the tunnel!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

Happy Monday and Happy new month all! I have no idea what happened to July but we are one month closer! Christmas purchases in the past week: a prelit wreath for the front door and some really cool Hallmark ornaments!

Make the week great!

Drought has hit us so bad that hay is not growing. I have worked at our feed store for nearly 9 years and for the first time since I have been there we had to raise the price for a bale of hay 1 buck higher with a limit to purchase 10 bales. We have water restrictions as well. We sure do need some rain and drops in temperature. The livestock need feed!

Not sure I will get caught up on everything but wanted to wish my MMC friends a Good Morning!

I hope you all have a wonderful day!
Just listened to the story on line, not good at all. Praying you get rain soon.

Good Morning, Everyone Everywhere!!

A new week -- a new month -- an new count figure:
Days to the Season: 104
Days to Christmas Day: 146
Scarcely over HALF a week now until 100-day Season Milestone and the threshhold of double-digits!

Wow!
August already!
July just raced by. Seems like such a short time ago my nieces left school for the summer and now they are just a couple of weeks away from gearing up for another year.
My older niece will be a university junior and the younger one starts at our local community college.
Time has sure passed! (Not just for the year - but also for their lives.)

OK!
You have a simply Marvelous Monday, Friends.
And I hope your Week had kicked off Wonderously!

you are so right about July flying by! I find once July is past, the time to Christmas seems to speed up too.

Hello Hello Helloo......!

Just popping in to say HELLO! Before I jet off to work.. Man did this weekend ever fly by, but for most here in Canada it isn't over. Today is BC day!!... that I didn't know about till this year hahah.. I honestly have no idea how this holiday slipped passed me for the last 22 years of my life hahaha...
So My dear Canadian MMC Friends.. Happy BC/ Heritage day! :playing:

Yesterday for the first time ever.. i used a weedeater.. It was actually kinda fun haha, weird as that may be! Is it normal that some of your fingers go numb after using a weedeater? I woke up this morning and my middle finger on my right hand is still tingly/ numb :(

Well I better get ready for work!! see you all later:)

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!!!! It's hot here in central Indy once again. There may be some relief in sight though. The 10 day forecast shows highs in the mid 80's the middle of next week. I have been kinda lazy this morning but I am starting to get myself in gear now. I have some cleaning to do today and then I have to run some errands. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

This dome of high pressure over the central USA needs to break down. It seems to be causing problems everywhere. I'll be praying that you get some rain down there soon.
