Is anyone else having trouble looking at any of the picture albums? Some I can view with no issues and other I will get a Invalid Album page or the page telling me I need to have a paid membership. Just wondering if it's the site or me. I think I know what but asking first. Also I seem to get a lot of error on page notices as well.
I think it blocks pages that were setup by people before Platinum Member status was required. If we platinum-types attempt to view pictures posted by non-plats that are shown in the random picture generator, we get a message saying that plat membership is required. I suspect it's a typo, and should say something like "These pictures are blocked until the member who posted them upgrades to Platinum status."

I think. cheesy

The sun came out! :???:

Can you say 1800
Congratulations!
I am getting a little treat today, my wife is making her Peppermint Bark, she usually makes it for Christmas but we ran out of time, so she is making it now, I love it and it tastes like Christmas. :treeguy:
How nice of her! Enjoy it! =)

Hope everyone is having a good day. We had ice/sleet/freezing rain over night so I came into work about an hour late. Not fun trying to carry a 1 year old and 3 year old out to the car when you fee like your on an ice skating rink. Anyways we have a chance for more bad weather Thursday night. I am thinking of Spring (warmer weather) and Easter..which of course means closer to Christmas. I have off of work tomorrow woo hoo. Have a good evening everyone!

Be careful out there!
Just returned from my Kiwanis meeting. Today was our annual white elephant auction. Every member was asked to bring a Christmas present they received & didn't like, re-wrap it, and it was auctioned off to the highest bidder with all proceeds supporting our community. I bid on and won a little gift that doesn't interest me too much so I put it in the office closet with the Christmas decorations with a note to wrap it next Jan. and take it back to Kiwanis to auction it off again.

We raised $760 on 30 presents today.
That is a great idea and sounds fun!
Good day! Our family welcomed our newest little elf yesterday---my niece, Hanna Cathryn, was born on Monday. A new little one to brighten our holidays.
Congratulations!

BOOOOOOOOOO!

Just kidding! I say "booo" because that's all we get, seems like, all year long. I was enjoying last week when we actually had a few cloudy days in a row! SHOCK! cheesy

I am sure if we had a lot more cloudy days that I would miss the sun.

I am glad you are enjoying the sunshine!

I live 30 minutes from Amherst, it is a great little town home of the UMass Minutemen, the sanding trucks are going by quite often today. Already dug my driveway out so hopefully I won't have to do it again.

We've got rain/freezing rain on top of several inches of new snow, and the town plow has left a big, fat, wet, heavy ridge across the end of the driveway that I can't budge. I hope Mr. can shovel it out when he gets home---or maybe our plow guy will come back to open the driveway. What hideous weather today!

I am officially excited - I logged on the forum a few minutes ago and pictures popped up on the screen, which were not there before - how fun to see everyones images! Thanks to AuntieM and Mr. Westover (and Christmas-A-Holic too) I am now a trial PLATINUM MMC memba! Not entirely sure what that means, but I'm going now to explore to all the new forum sites, toodles!

MerryCarey, I can't even imagine what that must be like. Stay safe and warm!

Welcome to the club, Blue!

School finally back in session today, though running an hour later. We're supposed to get more snow Friday morning. I really am over snow, even though I love to see it at least one weekend each winter. However, only One controls the weather, so I don't want to complain about something I cannot change. I just don't want DD going to school on Saturdays, through Spring Break and into June to make up days lost. We have one day left before they have to make up days.

Congratulations!!

33 days until the Daytona 500
188 days until Christmas in July
310 days until Thanksgiving

I took another crack at it and got the ridge at the end of the driveway shoveled out. Like shoveling cold oatmeal full of boulder-sized ice cubes ... I bet I'm walking funny tomorrow. I was PLENTY warm when I got through with that! I hope it doesn't all freeze solid tonight!

And would you believe it's calling for more snow Friday and next week?? We're running out of places to put the plowed and shoveled snow. Wish we could ship some to the folks in Texas and California who have been asking for some!
