Happy Friday Christmas buddies! This is one week I am glad to be done with. I am officially sick of winter now! My heat has been on 78 all week and I'm still cold.
I am actually still enjoying the cold weather. I never turn my heat up past 70 degrees. I bundle up and keep it cool in here. I feel like I can't breath when the heater is up too high. It really dries the air out too much for me. I should run a humidifier. At night I keep the heater at 64 degrees and put lots of blankets on the bed.

I just approved the group if any of you looked for it and didn't locate. The group should show up in the list now.

GREAT idea, Caninemom3! Mr. Greenjeans (dating myself) is smiling down as well!
I still can't find it and even did a search for it. Could someone post the link to it, please?

Speaking of Mr. Greenjeans, Captain Kangaroo was one of my favorite shows when I was little. =)

I see that a couple of you found it from the link. Perhaps it takes time for groups to appear in the topic page.
I found it only through your direct link but still don't see it when I look for it on my own. You might be right, it might take time to show up. cheesy

Good afternoon everyone! It's a beautiful, cold, sunny day here in Maryland, and so far it's been a happy Friday. Have a good weekend!

Good morning, Christmas family. I have been thinking about this for a long time and today I finally did it. I started a group about pets. It is called Christmas-Pet-Purr-E. If any of you would like to join I invite you!! It is not just about dogs and cats but any other kind of pet or animal related discussion you would like to have.

I started it in honor of my Goblin and Punkin' and for Christmas A Holic's little lovebird who recently passed.

What a great idea! Especially with so many beloved pets mentioned in the forums. They're like members of the extended MMC family.

BTW, I can see the group in the Social Groups list.

Mine, too! Never missed the Captain and his Treasure House.
Remember Bunny Rabbit, Mr. Moose, Dancing Bear and Grandfather Clock?

Thanks, RadioJonD! I went to your link and signed up. On another note: I saw your other message but cannot get onto that page here at school. I will write when I get home.

I don't remember the details of the show because I was 4 and 5 years old when I watched it all the time. I do remember Mr. Moose dropping balls on him. I remember Captain Kangaroo and Mr. Greenjeans the most.

Bunny Rabbit and/or Mr. Moose dropping ping-pong balls on the Captain was a long running gag.

Hi everyone! Its 11.05pm here in the UK which means its 55 minutes from 303 days to the season! That is a very exciting thought! I hope everyone is well and enjoys there weekends! Its the end of my first week of term back, I think it went well, I don't know about you guys, but I really can't wait for January to be over with!

You remember all that and not the grandfather clock? Also there was the old Mickey Mouse Club. Then as well in afternoons reruns of Three Stooges, Our Gang, and Little Rascals. Here In the Kansas City area we had Whizzo. Whizzo went on the air when I was born in 1954 so needless to say grew up with him.

Then we had Howdy Doodie and Buffalo Bob Smith. Not sure what things I had the most of Howdy Doody or Whizzo. Funtimes back then wish I still had some of those things to admire. Going to do some digging Whizzo did some kind of a Christmas movie or special. Just what I need a note for another to do project.

Good afternoon, Christmas friends. It is still sunny here in northern California and even warmed up a bit. I wish it were colder, but it's not going to happen. As I drove home from work (1 mile) I saw several houses with wreaths, etc. still up. Not sure if their lights are on or not. I hope everyone is feeling sassy and ready to enjoy the weekend.

Ahhhhhh found this much but no film. Hmmm have friends in high places in media around might be time to call in some markers.
