Still sorting receipts - I really do need a better filing system!
Spent most of the day rearranging the kitchen - still getting used to the new layout, but at least I'm not walking into the bookcase any more
It was a very messy day out today, and now that mess is freezing - I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere tonight and I hope everyone who does has a safe trip!!

You are so right, xmas365. I am a member of quite a few forums and teacher groups. This one is the most courteous, most loving, and friendliest group of ALL!! Thank you guys for being so supportive to one another!

I have been missing Christmas a lot lately, must be because the decorations have been coming down slowly, but we have MMC and this is such help when you need a little Christmas.

I took another crack at it and got the ridge at the end of the driveway shoveled out. Like shoveling cold oatmeal full of boulder-sized ice cubes ... I bet I'm walking funny tomorrow. I was PLENTY warm when I got through with that! I hope it doesn't all freeze solid tonight!

And would you believe it's calling for more snow Friday and next week?? We're running out of places to put the plowed and shoveled snow. Wish we could ship some to the folks in Texas and California who have been asking for some!

They have canceled school 3 out of the last 4 days here, and they are worried about Friday, my store was sold out of milk and cheese last night with everyone panicking, winter in New England got to love it.

I can't believe I just spent the last 45 minutes catching up on all of todays posts, I made post number 1600 this morning and we are well above 1700 now. It is a great day here, we hear back from Jayish and Annette is back after a long time away, we got an opera from Binger, and the everyday fun and friendship and comradery what a great day for the MMC family. A long day at work for me but I have tomorrow off, and like I said another snowstorm is coming 6-8 inches expected or if it shifts possibly 4 inches of sleet and freezing rain. Just watching my recording of todays Bruins game and then will be going to bed.
I am so proud and happy to be part of this great site, today feels like a little Christmas.

Not been me much I have been off plotting for this Christmas already working on a cheap way to make a huge like kids sled for the yard but on cheap cheap side. Soon as I figure it all the way out will share it.

But the plan is to make a sled then have a teeter totter decoration sit on it looking like a kid had been dragging it around the yard.

Hi every one.. hope every one is well... I am not so great actually....

I knew I didn't do well on that exam I had to take on 24th of december, and of course, I failed it... So I'm going to have to retake it, and I only got a week to study, soo if any one sees me on here this week: please have me reported&kicked off I don't have time to be on here
An other bad thing is that my internship is in danger by my mailman replacing my birth certificate in the mail... I had to had in at the ministery TODAY, and now I have nothing as far as they know, I am not even a real citizen of the Netherlands... so I hope that gets fixed, but now I have to focus on my exam and it feels like my head is about to explode (and believe me, that is an awful feeling )

Sooo I hope all of you will be well... if you happen to be praying, please pray (a little) for me, this is the only last thing I need to graduate, and I want to graduate so bad!!! So I could use some good thoughts coming to Holland!! Thank you all for supporting me, I will keep you informed whenever I have time!!!

Kids are in bed, Bruins are on, just relaxing now, a very good day after digging out, we watched Despicable Me, it was very cute but the Peppermint bark was delicious. I am going to start to look into what I will need to do to open my own Christmas store, it will be a few years away but just want to know what I will need to do, I think I will do well running it since I have been in retail management for most of the last 15 years and was acting store manager a few occasions. I am so excited about this.

Hang in there! Be determined, don't freak yourself out too much, and keep on keeping on. I know what your going though. I had to take several exams to go on in my teaching program . I kept failing the math test by one point. Some would have given up after the second and third time. I was determined to pass it, hired a tutor and passed with flying colors. Keep at it. And yes, we don't expect to see you around her much over the next week. !
