Good afternoon! Both kids napping.. I should be, too! I was up all night, throwing up.. ugh! I hope it was just something I ate and the kids and hubby don't catch it.

I hope you get feeling better soon!!!!!!!!

Here I sit in a truck stop in Fargo ND.
Been awhile since I got on line, discovering that not many truck stops have the Internet connection. I had to buy time for this one.

I also discovered that life on the road is not for me. I am going to ask them for a route where I am only gone for 2 or 3 days a week. I miss my life. I want a job to support my life, not one to be my life.

I have been trying to catch up here, but will have to do it when I have more time.

I miss talking to you all, have a fantastic evening!

I hope you can get it worked out so you don't have to be gone for so long at one time!!!!!

I really hope they grant your request so you can be home more often. Hang in there, all the best.

Good to hear from you and hope you are able to get the route you desire.

Good morning ... just got a very busy but AWESOME weekend. One of neices is turning 1 and her b-day party was Saturday and my mother in law flew in for it. We had most of the family over for dinner yesterday before my MIL ad to leave. Looking forward to a 5 day weekend this weekend... if weather permits I will spend most of those days outside planting new flowers and getting the veggie garden going.

Well I hope everyone has a great day!!!!

Happy b-day to your niece. Have fun working on the garden

Hope you feel better.

Good evening Christmas folks,

Just sitting here watching game 3 of the Bruins 1st round series, I am so tired tonight for some reason. Family is so frustrating sometimes, we have volunteered to do so many holidays, and parties so many times in the last few years, so we wanted a break from doing Easter, when we asked our extended family (not blood family, but they have been celebrating all family events with us since 2002) if they were interested doing it at their house they said yes, my wife talked to her today and asked if the were all set for Easter, she said they were that they were making the potatoes for it, my wife said what about the ham, and she was surprised by that, (they talked about the ham when they talked about holding it there) and said we'll ask another guest to bring that. I am frustrated because we have spent the money, and prepared the food for my mother in law who cannot do it like she use to because of her health issues, they know this yet we are the only ones who ever step up to help her out when we are ALL suppose to be helping. Am I in the wrong for being frustrated?

Sorry for venting.

Have a good night.

GOOD FOR IRISH COFFEE!~!

YABBA!

Good morning!

I got a little bit more sleep last night than previous nights so am feeling quite perky at the moment. Working today and cleaning the house later.

Have a great day, Everyone!!!!

Good nite MADE.. dream of coffee.....
Oh, no. That would be a nightmare.
TEA! Now that's the stuff dreams are made of.

Good Morning, my Varied Beverage Friends.

On we advance through the week, the month and the year on an inexorable march back to Christmas.
Days to the Season: 208
Days to Christmas Day: 250
One week from today = the 1/3 Milestone to Christmas Day.
One week from tomorrow = the 200-Day Season window.
(I know what Jan Brady would say: "Milestones! Milestones!! Milestones!!!")

Beautifully sunny and calm here in the capital city at this hour where we stand at a wonderfully walkable 62 degrees on a path to the mid 80's by this afternoon.
Possible rain in the forecast though, for the following 4 days.
(I hope that does not extend to the coast!)

You have a Terrific Tuesday, Folks.
See you at the 'Pines tomorrow!

Had a bit of a Christmas moment just. I'm playing my guitar, and looking for a track to play next. I came across First Snow by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I had fun picking my way through it, whilst trying not to get over excited at the prospect of maybe starting my Christmas Planning already... I normally start properly around August.
I've been working on O Come All Ye Faithful for a few months now. It's coming along pretty good!

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!

I feel like I've been away forever, and I only missed yesterday. My son had a track meet in a town about 2 hours away, and it didn't start till 2 PM, so we got home about 10:45 pm last night. You would think that these schools would realize that, since other folks have to drive for hours, maybe they should start around 10 or 11 AM, and let everyone get home at a decent hour! Grrrr. I'm not much of a night-owl...and I didn't get to watch the next episode of Lost on Netflix...cheesy. And I got sunburned on top of that!

The meet went well, in spite of the late hour, though. The kids had fun, and that's what counts.

I hope you all have a great day! cheesy
