I was posting elsewhere and happened to look up to see post # 9,999.

I must make my 10,000 post on this great thread!

I have never made it a goal to see how many post I can get, it just happens and goes to show how much I love chatting with you all! Then with all that, I am amazed at how much chatting goes on by posting this much! cheesy
 
Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!! I am trying to figure out if it is really the middle of may or if we some how got transported back to the middle of march. It is currently 49 degrees here in central Indy and the forecast is only calling for a high of 56. This is definitely my kind of weather!!!!! I want to say congratulations to all of the new memebers of the christmas crew!!!!!! I'm sure all of you will do a great job. My plan for today is to do some baking. I don't know what yet but I just got the new 2011 taste of home cookbook so I'll see what looks good. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree. The weather is perfect. Our high today is supposed to be 53 with a low tonight of 40.

Well my baking plans have been put on hold becuase I have no water.:-? I guess I'll pop a christmas movie in instead.
 
Who turned off the heat again??? What a cold & yucky May day! Had to dig my cuddle duds out for my morning walk... 42º & breeeezy! Brr! Needed ear muffs & gloves too. What the heck?!?!? I'm tired after a couple late nights this weekend so a big blankey & a Christmas movie sounds pretty great right about now! But... this darn work thing! Ha ha!

Next Monday will be the last full day of school for DD. It's her graduation night from kindergarten too, along with a celebration supper at the school. She looks so grown up in her little cap & gown!

All this cool, dreary weather makes me want to cuddle up and take a nap. DD has a walking field trip tomorrow, so I hope the weather cooperates. We'll be walking the streets of our small town to visit the police & fire station, courthouse, & election commission. We'll eat lunch at the park & fly kites too. Hoping for a good day!

I think Jack frost got woke up and is having a temper tantrum because of it. Maybe if we all sing a lullaby he will go back to sleep and we can get on with spring!
