I just saw live on the Today show some more bad weather coming to Joplin, Mo. The clouds looked really bad!

Update: Just as I post this, I turned to the Weather Channel and they said the storm passed and just showers. That was quick! Good news!

ps, which Canadian Tire store? Is the one on Dundas near the Walmart? Me and my daughter are going to London tomorrow and just may go and check it out.

Welcome to Monday all! Its a holiday here in Canada but I don't get those off in my line of work. My Wife and Son are home today though! We are loving our new doors and windows. So nice to have screens in! When we moved in most of the screens were missing so we couldn't open them. We went to the bank on the weekend. Opened an account for William and we are putting money in it every month for his education. Also we reassessed out mortgage! Rates went down so we are paying about 100 dollars less. Nice! We were at Canadian tire again and I still saw those Christmas popcorn cans (the pic I posted before). Looks like nobody bought them yet! Oh and most excellent news! (Wayne's World anyone? hah) My Sister had her baby yesterday! Madison Rose. So I'm an Uncle! We are going to go down this weekend to see the baby and visit. Well back to work I go. Pretty dead today! Ill be here watching the forums. Have a great day everyone!

I think we've got the tail end of this (okay, probably not because it's too soon) but trees are down, bridges closed and our windows are tied down - winds are hitting 100mph and torrential rain

Thanks for this wonderful prize. Two letters out of one paperclip: only seawaters can do this. I really hope to get the other letters of my name too. Maybe when I hit 2000 posts?

just checked the weather radar map and I think we just may have it stay nice for the BBQ! cheesycheesy

I don't know about where you are - but here in Brantford, we've had pockets of rain sweep through (with sunshine in between). They weren't call for that here. Its raining at the moment - but I'd love to be able to get outside at some point. Maybe it will be a "singing in the rain" moment cheesy
