Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!! It is a warm day here and we are supposed to get some rain this afternoon. I pulled something in my back last night so I have been laying around most of this morning. I finally decided that I needed to get up and moving though. This afternoon I plan on making up some blueberry muffins and then I need to run to the store and get some light bulbs. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to the chiropractor this morning to see if she can do something to help my back. I've obviously strained something between working on the pool deck and running my side business. Hopefully, I can avoid surgery. *crosses fingers*

it is so chilly here that I actually turned on the furnace!

My Dad had knee surgery on Friday but seems to be doing pretty good.

Gorgeous day on tap and I have a major sore throat - nothing serious, just allergies, but boy does it hurt.
Bo has been having a problem with his ears, so we got him some ointment.

I hope you and Bo both start feeling better!!!!!!!!!!

Finally got a diagnosis for my littlest one - she's 2 and has had tummy problems for quite a while and we have just jad it confirmed that she is lactose and wheat intollerant so we can now hopefully start to get her better by giving her a special diet.

I'm glad to hear that they figured out what was wrong and that it wasn't anything to serious!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning, Christmas friends. It is already (8:25 a.m.) hot here in northern California. We ran the whole house fan and cooled it down some, but the AC will surely be on a little later. I was supposed to have the crown put on my root canal tooth yesterday, but I called to reschedule. There was no way I was going to have dental work done when it is difficult to sit with two broken ribs. I do feel a little better today, and that is not the meds talking this time!! Hope y'all have a great day!

I just spent $100 at Yankee Candle online... LOL Im so excited, I bought my 2 co workers their Christmas in July gift (We have a $5 limit) also each of them a part of their regular Christmas gift as well as small gifts for my best friend, my God Mother, my Mom, my Grandma, Mother in Law, 2 sister in laws and 2 other friends. Not bad for $100 huh?

I will send some nice weather your way although gray and chilly..doesnt that remind you of the Fall and closer to Christmas =0)

At this point the gray, chilly weather reminds me too much of the excessive snow we had over the winter, so I will graciously accept your nice weather so I can lay in a stock of warm, sunny June days, which I really really miss!

Just got back from shopping for stock for the store - didn't find much. It is getting harder to find the good things of late! My throat feels somewhat better - extremely spicy food at lunch might have helped. Bo is snoozing peacefully - I put the ointment in his ears this morning before I left. He was better behaved this time, thank goodness. Thank you for all the get well wishes for the two of us!!! Working late today - at least I got to go out and enjoy some sun earlier!

Work called me tonight, and asked me to work early tomorrow. I usually work until 9pm, I am only working until 4pm now,before I would have missed some of game 7. They never call me to come in early which is strange, is this a good omen for my Bruins that I won't miss any of the game now. I really hope so! cheesy
