I'm calling it, with less than 6 minutes left in the game, the Bruins are going to be Stanley Cup Champions. No way Thomas gives up 3 goals with less than six minutes to go, unless Luongo puts on a Bruins uniform.

2-0 Bruins in the second period. Luongo should of kept his mouth shut after game five and Daniel Sedin should of never guaranteed a win.

3-0 Bruins after two. Luongo gives up an easy goal. We know Thomas wouldn't of given up that goal.

I should have come, the game was disappointing for me, the Pines and a good deep fried twinkie would have gone a long way to sooth the ouch of loosing so badly!

gotta go and pick up my daughter from work, and then off to bed. Tomorrow me and my other daughter leave for a couple of days at a conference for TOPS in Sarina. We will be camping rather than staying in a hotel. Cheaper, and for us more fun! cheesy

Well, it's going to be tough to fall asleep tonight, but when I do I am sure it will be with a smile on my face. They are showing the city of Boston and many, many fans are out on the streets. While the game was going on here the street was so quiet, no one was on the road.

FYI: When the Red Sox won their first World Series in 86 years in 2004 on October 27, there was a full moon and a lunar eclipse.
Tonight June 15,2011 Full moon, lunar eclipse also, Bruins first Cup in 39 years. What a strange coincidence.

Vancouver played well, but the Bruins were able to hold them off.

Long, long day of meetings...from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm. Few more hours tomorrow, then I get to head home to my precious wife! I can't wait!

turns out it was started by a group who had planned to do this before the game even started. They had signs and t-shirts that said "Vancouver riot 2011"
It is truly sad that this happened. :-?
News says many actual fans began to leave after the 3rd goal realizing that Vancouver would not win and wanting to get out of the area.
I hope they get these trouble makers arrested.

Morning! Woke up this AM to ants and flying ants swarming on one of our screens (that means many were INSIDE the window!!!!!!!!!!!) I almost had a heart attack but I think my hubby got them all. Guess I'll be calling an exterminator today. Gives me the shivers!!!
