Christmas Countdown - 2011

Busy day, and I am totally tired. But I got a bunch of yarn so I can crochet tonight while I'm relaxing---if I have the energy. The tail end of this cold is kicking the stuffing out of me.

I am still dealing with a cold. I don't have anything going on with my sinuses, it's coughing and a sore throat. Now my voice sounds funny today. I am going to try to get out of the house today. I have been in for 2 days and sick of it!

I mentioned about my voice sounding funny from the cold I have. It sounds real deep too. My mom just called, I answered the phone and she said, "Wayne"? I said, "it's me, mom"!

I hope this clears up soon! cheesy

I sure hope your cold clears up soon! Mine is finished, but it hasn't stopped taking bows yet. I know what you mean about the deep voice. Every cold I get drops me into a Tallulah Bankhead range. I've been challenged to record something for MCR when I sound that way. One of these days I may be crazy enough to do it. I even have an appropriate song for it.

Good morning gang.....

Holidays have been on my mind alot the past couple days. Picked up a few Christmas gifts yesterday and may get more later this weekend. I did order a Turkey Inflatable for the yard for Thanksgiving... so excited. I have wanted one for past few years and could never find them .. well Walmart had them online.... should get it next week.

So looking forward to decorating for fall, thanksgiving and of course Christmas... speaking of christmas.. here is the countdown
Days to the Season: 71
Days to Christmas Day: 113

I have a feeling that I'll be sick next week with the temperature dropping 30 degrees in 2 days. That always seems to set my allergies off.

I hope you start feeling better soon and maybe getting some fresh air will help! I hate colds that just seem to drag on and on...

Good morning, Christmas family!
It is a dark and stormy morning - in fact, I am right in the midst of a major storm. The wind started blowing about ten minutes ago and the leaves were swirling down off of the trees - in my humble opinion, Autumn has arrived I hope y'all have a great day full of autumnal treats and wonders!!!

That is the storm that we just got a warning about here.
We just came back from moving a load of stuff to my daughters new home in London (college) and noticed that the leaves are starting to change!

Well I don't think I got the Job at Canadian tire.. Boooo.. HOWEVER, I did have an interview at Walmart, and now have to go in Tuesday to fill out an availability application! .. Hopefully I get the job!! I am so excited! haha

I got my tree from QVC......It is so cute !!! I need 3 D-size batteries though which I still have to get. Then I will decorate it !!

I hope all are well. I am planning on talking to the vet about Wish on Tuesday. I cannot remember if I mentioned it but he may have an arrhythmia of his heart and not a brain tumor at all. If that is the case, I am going to see about switching him to an antiarrhythmic like Atenolol or such !!
