Good Tuesday morning to all! sitting here enjoying a cup'a joe about to get ready for work. hope we get to work on Christmas decor today. CJ498 told me how to post pics so tonight I'm gonna try it w/ the help of hubby & daughter- I just know the basics, nothing about pics. CJ498 yes this game is loads of fun if you love Christmas it's a blast. all of you who have friends/family in need of prayer please know I am praying for them. it's raining here but that's ok, I'm in a good place (mood) today. hugs to everyone!!

Today is going to be another gorgeous day and then tomorrow, things start to get cooler and rainy. I had trouble sleeping again, so I am going to try to get outside as much as possible - fresh air works wonders! I'm off to the library in a few minutes - hoping to find some new Christmas cookbooks cheesy

Good Morning MMC!
We had a really nice dinner with family yeasterday. Thanksgiving was spent sitting outside, watching the kids playing, enoying a great potluck buffet. It was 25c and sunny.
Back to work today, have to take Lindsay to Hamilton to get her wheelchair adjusted and repaired.

Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!
It has rained and rained and rained around here. It was almost flooding this morning before I left for work, but it eased off just before I had to go outside. We sure have needed this rain, so I hope it stays a while.
Today is Tuesday, so my son has to go to guitar lessons after school, and my daughter has to go to dance lessons. I have to work on my business this afternoon, and Nancy is heping her mom. I hate when we are split up like that, but I guess it can't be helped.
But at least I have a trip to the Smoky Mountains coming up in a couple weeks to look forward to! I may be too late to see much of the leaves changing color, but at least I'll be there. If I could move my whole family up there, I'd go in a minute!

So I have a question for our friends to the north.....since Thanksgiving officially kicks off the season in late November down here....what does it in Canada? Is it Thanksgiving in October? Or is that way too early? Does something else kick start it a little later on???? Have always wondered that.....
Well, here I am...another Tuesday and Christmas on the brain. I brought hot cocoa to work, microwaved milk, then realized...I forgot the cocoa. So now I'm sitting here at 9:45am with hot milk. Weird. Best thing I can say about today is that I got up about two hours earlier than yesterday!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!! It is going to be another warm day here in central Indy. I'm pretty tired today. I've been taking benadryl for my allergies and it just knocks me out. Sleeping pills don't make me tired but 1 benadryl will make me dreary for days. Well I once again have a lot to do so I'm going to try and pry myself away from here and get something done. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
We spend most of our time in Maggie Valley, NC, but we always go over to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, TN while we're in the area.

You are not silly or stupid, it is just making you think of the end. I understand the apprehensiveness, it is normal to be when someone makes predictions like that, if it is true, it truly would be because it was God's decision, not because this possible nutcase makes a prediction which he has made a number of times previously and we are still here. I learned after 9/11 to enjoy life and the time you have left and not worry about the things you cannot control.
If it does happen to be the end of the world, we may finally all meet. cheesy

Good morning,
Been doing a bit of running around this morning, I forgot it was a birthday for one of the kids at preschool so I had to run to Kmart anyways this morning to pick a gift for the kid, came home and wrapped it a and dropped it back off at the preschool. Still nothing by the means of Christmas ornaments, lights, or decorations. They did have some potholders and pillows but that was it. I am getting so antsy waiting for more stuff to be put out around here. I am listening to MCR 1, it won't let me connect to MCR2 for some reason today. I do have quite a bit more to do this morning.

This coming weekend is supposed to be the peak for leave color. Maggie Valley is always nice. Cataloochee may still have some color and it would be a good time to see the elk.

Really getting in the holiday spirit lately! Three weeks from today and Sounds of the Seasons switches to its all-Christmas format! The Christmas season runs from Nov. 1 through Jan. 6 if you ask me!
