Oh and what is all this "talk" from these young-ins??? In my 30's I am tried, well I turned 40 back in Feb, I feel as good no wait I think I feel better then when I was 25, because now I eat right, I don't want to hear anymore of that you are in some of the best times of your life... Ah, as my Nana would say these crazy young-ins, they act old and they are mere babes, tee hee...

Well this gives me hope! I ate horribly in the 20's,I was actually underweight I ate one meal a day and lived on sugary drinks...in my 30's I had to really start working out to keep off wieght gain..but I still felt better I think back then..not sure..but I know I had more energy in my 20's. I will officially leave the mid 30's in December and enter **gulp** late 30's and will be 37! You give me hope that I can still feel good the next few years...I have always heard from parents and friends that life truly does not begin until 40!!:!!

Yes, thank goodness..it has been humid here for the past several days, I want the beautiful dry weather back, but I am thankful for the rain. I don't know where your location is GA bulldawg; but where I am in northeast GA they are saying we may be flirting with freezing temps next week..

Ho ho ho merry FRIDAY!
Its raining cats and dogs! OR as Marci from Peanuts says "Its raining dogs and birds sir". LOL. So. William. William, William. He is getting very mouthy and hitting. My Wife and I wont stand for that at all. Looks like there are going to be a lot of talking to and time outs unfortunately. But onto the good news. Less then a month till the Christmas stuff goes up! Going with friends tomorrow out to lunch. Should be fun! Well back to work I go. Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning!

ohhhhhhh CROWN WAKEY WAKEY.....
I'm awake, O coffee-fiend Mystery Twin of mine.

Just got back from a nice brisk walk at 63 degrees with a light jacket - excellent walking conditions!
And now I'm ready to see how far the count moved overnight.

Days to the Season: 30
Days to Christmas Day: 72
Hey! Wasn't it a day earlier yesterday?
And lookie! UNDER a month now until Christmas Season 2011 begins!

Heard booming sounds about 9:45 last night.
Thought we were going to get some more rain until I realized it was fireworks at the fairground.
That gentle distant booming will repeat each evening through October 23 when the State Fair closes.
(We will get out there at some point!)

Well friends, you have a Fabulous Friday and an Exciting Eve of the Weekend, OK?

I hear ya about the muggy-ness, ga! I think it should be illegal to be this hot in mid October!

we had similar weather here and it has changed to wet and cool on Wednesday, feels more like fall again!

Good morning, everyone!

I arrived at work a little early today, so I think I may be able to squeeze in a little post... Happy Friday! Only a mere seven or eight hours until many of us are free for the weekend!

As Crown said, we are now under a month until that Days to the Season counter hits 0! And, with Halloween a mere two weeks and three (17 today) days away, it is bound to go by even faster than the rest of the year has seemed to flown by!

It is currently a chilly and rainy 14C here in Ottawa (57F). And, as I mentioned yesterday, the forecast for the weekend calls for plenty of rain. Non-stop, it seems. Although it won't be nice, I think I will have to hope for a break in the rain sometime this weekend in order to go out and take some Fall foilage photos. The colours are just below peak season in the Ottawa area, however, the colours around our apartment appear to be very appeasing.

Well, I should get to work. I think there are some things that need to be done around here. Have a great Friday, everyone!!

Gray and very rainy today, but that's okay, as I'm still home recovering. Getting better, 'cause I couldn't sleep late this morning. I must start being useful again and do some domestic duties today and get some more work done on the Christmas DVD this weekend. I think it's supposed to be cool and sunny this weekend.

I just got done working but I still have to work tomorrow and maybe Saturday - the company is calling for 8 hours mandatory this weekend and since the pay period ends on the 15th, that means Friday and Saturday I have to do a total of 8 more hours......Oh well...

Wish is still good......He is laying peacefully asleep by me as I type....I don't remember him getting old.. Time passed so quickly....

Thanks for the good news about Wish---I hope he continues well. I hope that more hours = more pay ... something to look forward to, at least. Last night Mr. had to keep working after he got home. The writer didn't e-mail his stuff until 10:00, and Mr. was at it until 1 a.m., and still had to get up at 6 a.m. to get to work on time this morning. Let's all kick a certain writer in the pants. TGIF.

I am sleepy tonight, just caught up on today's posts. I bought my second set of LED C7's for this years outdoor display today, I can't wait to get into full Christmas mindset, decorating, shopping, watching and listening to nothing but Christmas stuff, just a few more weeks to go!
Have a great night!

One more month from today... the Christmas Season will begin! Wow. Such an amazing moment in the year. One more month until the rest of the world embraces the Christmas Season along with us - or at least are surrounded by it! The countdown is truly on the homestretch!

Not sure if I am considered a young-in, but my reasons for being tired are because I am on the run all day and then in the gym for at least two hours for at least four times a week. On top of that, I just finished practicing twice a week for two hours, too. I greatly enjoy my life and would not have it any other way, but I also enjoy my sleep. Sleep is fantastic - I am sure that Crown would agree with me on that one! :) :!!

Same here, 'Star. It is a total wet and chilly fall day here in Ottawa. I think we're done with our humidity for the year...

Well...on this note, I turned 40 in September (big gulp!) & I feel better now than I did in my 30's & probably as good as in my 20's. When I was 37 I started eating better & working out every day! I feel great! I think the "trick" is getting & staying active - don't every quit!!

Not sure why people complain about age. I'm 32. Yes I'm young. People say oh you will change at 30. Nope. I still feel young. Or an alternative is just don't get older. hah

Good morning! Happy FRIDAY! Busy weekend ahead - family lunch tomorrow at my nieces so we can all meet our new great nephew, Buckeye's play at 3:30, Sunday church with hubby's family, breakfast then snacks at our house to celebrate my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary!

Oop...phone, gotta run. I'll bbl!! Make it a great day!!!
