98.7 here in Savannah starts Christmas music on Thanksgiving Day, which is too late, too. Last year they had a poll on their website about when they should start playing Christmas music. Of course, I voted for November 1 (the earlier option), but Thanksgiving still won. :-?I could not get back here quick enough!! I had to go get my rental car which btw is a tiny little car that my knees are up under the dash...I honestly could sit in the backseat and drive it better but anyway I had the radio on because it does not have xm like my accord does and the station I like the most 97.3 in albany ga that usually plays grunge from the 90's and popular songs from that era has gone all Christmas!! I thought maybe it was just one song,but no it's all gone Christmas now. The other major top 40 pop station 95.7 in Valdosta where I live usually goes all Christmas december 1st which I think is too late. I have to admit listening to Carols when it is 77F outside is wierd,I have to accept this year is just going to be warmer for us down south than it has been in a long time. I got back to work and everyone is asking why I am so happy...wierd isn't it.

Aww CM3! You have such a wonderful heart! I would have more furbabies too if my hubby would let me, but he says ones enough, especially with a 4 month old and a 2 year old! I'm always thinking about all your furbabies and you too! Thanks for thinking about me and my lovely night shifts. I actually do like working them - they offered me daylight, but I can actually see my family more - I may sometimes be sleep deprived, but that's okay!

This is so exciting! I bet you can't wait! I remember my first time riding in a plane - it was traveling to Italy and Greece in high school. It was a blast!

Hello Christmas family! Hope this finds all of you well! I'm just sitting her listening to MCR 2. I'm just thinking about what to make for dinner - I'm thinking spagetti. It's easy and I'm hungry for it!
I forgot to put in my post last night: we also got something else done already! We booked our vacation already for this June! A week long trip to Myrtle Beach, SC! I'm very excited as I've never been there. I always go to Ocean City, MD so I can't wait. We're staying at a hotel, kinda a resort type that has so much that the kids can do, so it will be really nice.
There isn't a whole lot going on here right now. I'm finally caught up on the countdown. That took me a while! I hope everyone is having a great day!

I had been gone awhile and noticed Seawaters has not been on since I have been back. Is she ok?
We're going to MB for a week next June too! We're pulling the camper over. Excited, but nervous about pulling a camper that far. I'll be a long, slow trip...
One of the guys in our office just asked if it was too early to decorate for Christmas? My workmate & I told him "No! It's never to early for Christmas!" He showed us pictures of his front porch/yard. He has put the lights on the bushes. He's trying to figure out what else he wants to do on the porch & roof.
That just gets me excited! I'd say my workmate & I will be listening to Christmas music after Veteran's Day.

hi everyone! all fine here. still coughing and on...but it is getting better. i was watching tv this evening and suddenly I heard bells jingleing......I saw the first Christmas Commercial of this year........which caught me totally off guard....I did not expect any X-Mas commercials until november 15th......it was for Obi....one of Germany s biggest diy markets.....it was actually a really cool commercial....luved it!!!
We're very excited! Seawaters had surgery...I think it was on her shoulder. She did check in. I remember reading her post. I was busy at that time too, but did read the post!
Have a great time! You'll have a blast camping at the beach! I went with my in-laws camping at the beach (Ocean City, MD) a few years back. We want to get a camper of our own in a few years. I plan on doing the beach thing myself then as well!
I forgot to add earlier too...I don't know where my mind is at today...EA is sick again. Poor little thing. She has a horrible cough and can hardly even talk. She gets so short of breath when she runs around and when I listen to her lungs with my stethoscope, I can hear some tightness and wheezing. I am starting to get in now too. I don't want DS to get it too, being the fact he is only 4 months. When it gets too bad, those type of symptoms puts a baby in the hospital!
Since she was short of breath and all of that jazz, my husband took EA to the doctor yesterday and the doctor on call said it just a common cold and there is nothing they can do about it. He said when he listened to her lungs, her lungs sounded "basically clear." What does that mean? I told my husband that he probably hear some wheezing, but it was only occassional. No offense to doctors or if there are any doctors on here, but they can be very frustrating. I think we know more than them sometimes. I think she has more than the cold. I will really be keeping an eye her. She just doesn't sound good at all. Say a prayer for her, please. Thanks all!

Of course sugar. hopefully its only a cold but at the same time better to keep a eye. not sure what a dr wood mean by basically clear. but to me that wood mean he hears some kind of a rattle or something. but again why wood he not have given sonthing for it incase it got worst. i dont know, tent to agree what you about dr,s. as i said hopefully it will past and with gods help the baby will not catch it

It is scary when you hear wheezing. My son and grandson both have asthma. I just wonder if they wheezy sound was in the throat, a little congestion, which is not near as bad as the lungs. Thanks CAH. No, I know I heard it in her lungs. I had hear cough typically if it's just congestion, it should clear with a cough. It didn't too much. I had asthma as a child, so I do get cautious with this myself too. I told my husband the doctor may not have heard to much because when I listened to her, it was first thing in the morning too and that is always when she will sound worse, so who knows!
