Good morning, Christmas friends. It is rainy and chilly here in northern California. We have a leak in the roof over the storeroom/pantry. Hubby has tried to fix it several times but can't seem to find it. I plan to work on some of my pile of papers that have resided on the kitchen table for a week or so. Dinner tonight will be garlic roasted shoulder pulled pork, beginning in the oven and ending up in our stomachs. We have just about finished up the last of Xmas' famous Italian Casserole. On this second time fixing it, I changed it up a little--provolone cheese, penne pasta, fresh basil, and even corn (yes, corn!!!). I was out of tomato sauce, so I used roasted garlic tomato paste and some chicken bouillon. Hubby and I talked about changing it up again with a Mexican flair. Thanks for the recipe, Xmas.
