Thanks! We're feeling much better today! The cold is still lingering in the house, but that will a while. A cold is so much fun to git rid of, but does take a while. I think I did truly throw out my back. My DH got me these icy hot patches to wear on my back while I'm at work and now I feel 100% better.
The main actor that was in the movie, Joaquin Phoenix, is an amazing and he is good in the movie. He was also in Walk the Line - it's about Johnny and June Carter Cash - if you've never seen that, you need to see that movie as well. He kind of went off the depend end for some reason a few years back, but is normal again, thank goodness.

hey ya'll! boy have we been busy today, cleaned the house & hubby went ahead & shampooed the carpets in the house because he knows how bad i wanted to get my christmas decor out & i couldn't till he did that.
i can't believe this but my tree is prelit & last year 1 strand @ the top was burnt out so we added some, now this year there's 2 SECTIONS out.uugh!!
i can't really buy a new one now so i guess i'll have to add more in those areas. the only thing is with the style & shape of our tree i'm worried we'll be able to see all the extra wire. ya' know the prelit ones are attached (i love that) & well....just kind'a frustrated!!
in between all my cleaning i made time for haircuts. oh yeah don't think i ever told you guys i used to be a cosmetologist. 1st son, then nephew, hubby, daughters friend, & finally daughter. come to think of it i've gotten quite a bit done today!
asked my son to look for Christmas videos & he only found 2 or 3. where have they all gone? i used to have piles of 'em.
come on ya'll give me some of your happy cheer, woo-hoo let's hear it for CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!:give:

Good evening, Christmas family! Hope all is well with everyone! Everything is great here! Kids and I are feeling much better! EA still has a cough, but she is starting to feel better and DS - you can tell he feels better too. My DH bought some icy hot patches for my back to wear to work and they truly worked. I feel almost 100%. I must have thrown my back out again.
When I was sleeping today, DH came in, all excited and woke me up. He said DS rolled over for the first time. I miss everything.
He said then he kept scooted across the room and kept rolling. He's getting so big. He will soon be 4 months. He's been trying to roll over, but he is big for 4 months and has a big head. I think that is what was holding him back...haha!
I am hoping to participate in the chat tonight, but it just all depends. DH is working night shift and I have to too, but I will be helping my sister getting both kids ready for both - I don't know if I mentioned on here before or not, but she is the one that watches them for us when we both works nights (which is only 2 days a week.) Anyway, I hoping to get on at some point! I will just skip my nap tonight! Also, the Steelers play at 8:30, but I can watch that as I type!

Glad everyone is doing ok at your house. And congrats to the DS for his first rollover...soon he will be rolling all over you guys. I have a nook color and I love it. My husband has the kindle and he likes that one. I haven't heard much about the Kindle Fire but it looks interesting. I know that the Nook is coming out with a tablet type also. But I love my nook. I haven't put Pandora on it yet, but I have the calendar and list app, along with a lot of books. I got mine for my birthday last year and its always in my purse. Have a great night at work...

I always hate midnight on the 25-26 Dec. I always want to be asleep by then but I stay up to listen to the last song, and the last 2 years the last song has been by Gloria Estefan, I hate her Christmas music. But last year I found a Catholic radio station that plays Christmas music from Dec. 25-Jan. 6. I was so happy I sent them an email thanking them.
Thanks! After dinner, I had to take him into his bedroom to see what he could do and everytime I put him on his belly, the only thing he wanted to do was roll right over. Thanks for the advice on the ereaders. I will have to look a little bit more into them before Christmas, but that is what I think I want this year! :razz:
Hey everyone...I am trying not to be a downer here or anything,but I need prayers!!! I am confused and trying to get info on my parents in Portland because the state troopers just called me and said they were in a car accident and were xported to a hospital but the hospital will not give me answers...anyhow everything is chaotic now..I have to try to find them and get some info,..just kindly remember them in your prayers!!
Much need prayers coming to you and your entire family right now. I hope everything is okay. With the HIPPA laws that out, with them not being able to tell much over the phone, it is so hard. Were they even able to tell you if you needed to come to the hospital or anything? I know there is at least certain information we can give if it's next of kin. Maybe because the "techincally" don't know your next of kin they won't give you any info.

Yes - you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and it says about registering. Do that and you can still use your same username and password. That's what I did.
