Good late morning, Christmas friends. It is sunny and chilly here in northern California. I did not do well at work yesterday. I was exhausted about 10 minutes into the afternoon. I finally sat down the rest of the school day. Later yesterday evening, I had such a fit of depression that I could not believe it. I will call the doctor to see what I can do about the exhaustion. It is really wearing me down. And here I am complaining during this most joyous season. What in the heck is wrong with me??? My rant is over! I think I will make Loaded Baked Potato Soup for tonight and have some leftover homemade rolls. Maybe that's what I need!!!

hey ya'll. did ya' miss me? computer went down, fried, & had to send it off to get fixed. it took 2 days & i missed ya'll really bad!! had a beautiful thanksgiving. daughter home sick w/ sore throat today. stopped & got her meds so hopefully she'll soon be better. my mama is trying to walk on her foot now. in case you forgot, she broke it. doc says it's ok for her to walk a little. daddy went to doc about his back. RA & narrowing of the vertebrea. doc is holding off on shots right now but did say if/when it starts up to call & he'll line the shots up for him.
work is full on Christmas. open house this sat. & wow we are super busy! it is the good kind of fun cuz it's all Christmas!! yayayayaay!
i'm trying to catch up on the thread but if i missed something important please somebody let me know.

I also wanted to add that my dad is being disharged from the hospital next monday the 5th of dec. We have gotten him into a nice nursing home that has a great reputation for rehab of stroke victims. they are saying he may be there for 6 months then he will be able to come home,I have talked to him and some days he is his old self but then some days he sounds completely out of it,but anyways I wanted to thank all of you who had him and my family in your prayers and thoughts! I feel like you are part of my family!

Thanks you so much Louanne! I feel like he is lucky to be alive considering he was going 70 mph on the freeway when it happened,then to have come this far is amazing. He like the rest of us will have to adjust to having depend on someone for help. My dad always took care of everyone,he was very independant and never asked for help,so I know this will be hard for him. But in time no matter how far he can recover I am just glad he is not in a coma and we can at least talk to him! I am pretty sure by the time he comes home he will be able to walk with a walker,he is a very determined person!

Good morning MMC! It's almost time to get ready for work. At least it's hump day! it feels like it should already be friday! Oh and it's the last day of November! I have a longer work day today and a ton of paperwork and a test on top of that,ahh I needed to sleep! My brother's plane gets in Atlanta around 1pm so he should get to my home around 4 or 5 just when I get off at 5pm. I am looking forward to the next week because I have not visited with this brother in years just the 2 of us. Anyhow I hope everyone here has a great day and everyone have fun at the pines tonight!

Just logged on to weather.com and we are having our first freeze warning of this winter! We are about a month behind we usually get our first hard freeze(warning) early November. I am just getting into work and can tell already it's going to be one of those days! It is a winter wonderland outside - so beautiful! We ended up getting 2.5 - 3 inches and it is the wet, heavy stuff. I don't feel like playing in it, though, as I am having a hard time getting motivated. I need to do my workout and then get ready for work. Lots of Christmas music, the happy and joyful kind, is on tap for me today!

Another day over almost. work .work and more work. got a bit more of my outdoor decor done.. hope to ne anlt to light then friday evening. my neighbours want a lighting up party . and they knowe i have a eggnog recipe i got from christmas star and want me to make some as done of then have ever tasted it..ssorted out a full pallet of stock and got my tree decorated. and a few more bits done.
Has turned really cold here now but raining to.
Tomorrow i have 2 big pallets of christmas tree,s in. this is the last of then. and a pallet of toys. so dont no what i will get done tomorrow
Baby parriots all doing good. was up feeding then at 3.30 last night. . they get fed every 3 hours for the 1st week.
I dont know how am handing it all. but thank god i am
