You should see Hubby right now. He is furiously working on drawing up the blueprints for the addition. He has a big plotter so he can print the plans that look professional. He doesn't know it but I bought an old blueprint book with the spine taken off and wire binding put on. I plan to use it to scrapbook his progress on the house. That will be one of his Christmas gifts next year.

Agreed...I like the day after Christmas because it's one of the most relaxing days of the year (unless you want to go shopping)!

You have to go shopping!!!!!! That's how you get all of your new decorations for next year at a great price. Well most of the stores are running their Christmas decorations on clearance at least a week before Christmas now so it kind of takes the fun out of day after.

I forgot to say that the back part of the house is the kitchen/den area. We have plans to have a big party when it is completed. I will get my Wolf stove that I have been wanting for over 15 years. It has a side-by-side double oven. I am really looking forward to it.

I will bring a cake!

No shopping for me. I'm enjoying my day off work. I slept in this morning, then took Hobbs the Wonder Dog over to visit my Mom. Then I had some lunch, and now I'm contemplating going out to dinner and to look at some Christmas lights while they're still up. A nice, relaxing day.

I was shocked! Father said the Vigil Mass was packed, so we had a half-filled church on Christmas Day!!!

Sauce
1qt miracle whip
1tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 cup sugar
Yellow food coloring optional

I add that to one 16oz box of macaroni as soon as I drain it and then I mix in diced celery, onion, and hard boiled eggs. I normally use about 6 or 7 stalks of celery, 1 large onion, and six eggs.
