Wow, this is great! The posts are adding up faster than ever before...I checked!

2007 they did not even start until July 28 and then there was only 3 posts on the first day

2008 fared better with 18 posts on the first day the thread opened

2010 we went all the way up to 38 posts on January first

2011 was at 89.

This year it is already at 240 posts ....you know you do not have to break the record in one day Seawaters! LOL

yes, I noticed there was a lot of football on TV today. Never follow it myself, prefer the Canadian game of hockey.

I like hockey too, my favorite team is the Capitals.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope it has been a blessed and beautiful day for everyone. Here at my house we cooked, we ate, we cleaned, we ate some more, we sat around in a food-induced stupor for a couple of hours and then ate just a liiittttle bit more Now I am hoping the kids will knock out early this evening so I can do the same! Have a great night everyone!! (And we are off to a fantastic start for our posts for the year!!)

When I was a teenager we spent a whole day putting them all in alphabetical order but he has collected a WHOLE lot more since then. I am not sure if he kept up with filing them or stock piled them in another location. I will have to find out.
