School was cancelled in my town and the surrounding areas - roads were solid ice this morning. My road is still ice. I am very glad to be home!!!

She's been hiding down under the snow! :cry:

Yesterday and all through the night it snowed and snowed. We didn't break the daily record, but it was plenty deep this morning. I trekked over for my work out at the gym across the road in my shin-high winter boots and white (ski bunny) jacket with my spinning bike shorts on. Shocked a few early bird members and brought a smile to the faces of a few others. Only two of them know how close I live. Still, it was kind of chilly.
Seriously, I don't think we had more than four snow days when I was a kid. We live in the North, we're used to the snow.

O'Malley has arrived. Yikes. The last time he and Carl got together it wasn't pretty. They came up with a wicked coffee blend that kept me awake for three whole days.
