:)& Oh SeaWaters - word is spreading quickly among my relay team and we've decided we're all going to be in scrubs and lab coats to honour the researchers, nurses and doctors who are helping people diagnosed with cancer and then for our personal touch to honour a specific hero, we'll use our scrub head gear for that part. Our tents will be the site of our Darth Vadar Doctor Light Saber Duels. It's early yet, but the ideas are flowing.

By the way - My boss at work never had to worry about a wig, she really didn't lose any hair.

hey guys! I just wanted to give a little update on that little girl Mia I told you about. Her story has started going national, praying that she can get the surgery because she deserves to live!

Pink, Purple, Blue, Yellow, Green, and a mohawk one for the weekends!!!!!!!

If you had added the word streaks to any of those colours I would have known you were a punk rocker once upon a time. Guess you had aspirations for Clown College then, eh? HaHa

I'll bet the case raises some eyebrows. Children with special needs have always had a special place in my heart; I sure hope it works out.

Okay, going to go get myself hooked on American Idol again this year. Premieres tonight!

I am going to go lay in one of those hammocks in the other room and watch it. Keep the coffee coming, Carl!

*keep your hands off the remote, Made*!

Made, since RJD mentioned sky diving, I suggest you not try it!

Auntie, enjoy your tea! Looks like Brad is drinking your coffee.

Christmasstar, looking forward to that yummy dessert you are baking us!
enjoy the show...
cake is in the fireside room, keeping cold by the window!

I LOVE your ideas.

I tried out in junior high but I could never learn to juggle.

Funny you should bring up juggling - that reminds me of a story ...

At a conference I attended several years ago, we were given four juggling cubes and had time to practice. I was working on juggling three when the guest speaker ("juggling was supposed to help us with our work and home life balance") approached me and asked me if he could video tape what I had accomplished. I told him, I didn't know if I could pull it off again, but I'd try. Well, I got into my juggling stance and let one go and then the second and then the third and continued. The third time the cubes were being tossed about in my arms, I was puzzled by his expression and then realized, I had never let go of the third cube. I kept counting to three, but only juggled two cubes. So ended my ability to balance both worlds. HaHaHoHo!

The funny thing is that I thought I was doing something unique and he said, "in all of my presentations, I've never seen anyone juggle like you."

Bet he never has since then either. HeeHee. Sometimes, you just have to laugh at yourself and sometimes you can share the funnies with others.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I just joined the Polar Camel club by taking a dip in the unheated pool. Someone please Hot chocolate me. I'm freezing, but feel invigorated.

Here's some people doing the Polar Bear Plunge http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVnRtRcXxf4

A guy I grew up with, used to be the first one into the lake in the spring as soon as they ice started to break up. I'll earn my claim for fame some other way. Like being the first grown up to sit on Santa's lap in November 2012.

Tomorrow is my MRI. I received a call from Genomic Health today about the genetic testing of the tissue. It will be overnighted to them, and I will have results in about seven days. I went to oncotypedx.com and learned more about it. Very interesting!!!

So funny. I thought I was really good at the kazoo, especially since it only took me seconds to learn and I was SO proficient!!!

I am going to leave the Pines now. I tried to drink my coffee, watch TV, and visit all the rooms. I will eat some of Christmasstars cake before I leave. I didn't win a prize, though. Maybe next time!!!
