Another day -- another count figure -- and another step closer to Christmas Season 2012!

Days to the Season: 54
Days to Christmas Day: 96

Only 5 days left now until we are three quarters of the way to Christmas Day 2012.
Can you believe that?

No further rain fell yesterday but it was cool, damp and rather un-September like.
Hopefully, it will be nicer today. At least that's what is predicted.
I read a coolish 57.0 degrees on our digital back door thermometer at this hour here in the capital city.

OK.
It's Thrilling Thursday time!
Will you make it through?
Just keep thinking: "Tomorrow is Weekend Eve" and you'll do fine!

Hey everybody! Work is grinding right along and I'm getting closer to daylight. Three more weeks....three more weeks....

Nice cool day here....went to eat with the family and I got the chance to go get a pumpkin spice latte and....

IT. WAS. GOOD. and on the way home...as I was drinking my pumpkin spice latte...

I listened to Christmas music for the first time since last year.

White Christmas....O' Christmas Tree....The First Noel....

almost made me shed a tear....and then I realized...

it's going to be that way for the next four months.

Good Morning christmas chums from a cold rainy UK!!

Its my last day at work today then got 4 days off!! After all the overtime Ive done lately Im looking forward to relaxing hehe!!

My eldest daughter is in her last year at primary school, she was elected as a school councillor yesterday bless her, she had her photo taken along with the other councillors and its been put up in the school entrance! Their first duty is to organise a autumn fair to raise money for school funds! she is really excited about it all!

i tried to wake my daughter for the 2nd x & she won't get up. now I could pull her out of bed or fuss & yell but i'm not, so aggravated w/ it. i told her she wouldn't be going any where this weekend if she didn't get up & nothing still. looks like she will have a long parent lead weekend now. oh well...

it's much cooler out this morning & i love it, just wish it would stay a little cooler during the day.
hubby is taking a day off tomorrow. says he's gonna work up in his shop cleaning it out more & all that. he's been working so much it is well deserved!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's another chilly morning here in central Indy with a temp of 51 degree's right now. It looks like we will top out in the low 70's later today. I'm pretty sore today. Two days of bending at weird angles to work on my neighbors van is catching up to me. I'm not as limber as I used to be. I'm also exhausted because my friend called me at 5:30am to tell me to turn on the news. For the second time in 2 years, one of the cabins at the boy scout camp we were worked at was on fire. I don't know what's going on up there. The only thing we ever had catch fire was a dumpster when somebody threw hot coals from a grill into it. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to my Christmas song!

Sorry, I have Step Into Christmas stuck in my head. hah. I was listening to Christmas music on the drive in to work. This weekend our new fridge comes! Can't wait for that. Its the busy season again. Busy every weekend in September and October. That will make it fly by! Can't wait to go and get pumpkins next month. Love this time of year! Looks like the warm weather is gone. We are getting 50's and 60's with rain and grey skies. Love that. Fall is here early! Hopefully I will get out to Michaels or Walmart and get some nice Christmas pictures for all of us to share. Good morning!!! Last night was so chilly I got to put my babies in their cozy footie jammies for the first time!

We are going to the park this morning and going bird watching at a nearby park later this afternoon. I hope we see some good migrating birds! The boys love it as much as my grandmom and I do, which is so special for us!

Good Morning everyone! I missed a few days again but not to worry, I have Christmas heavy on my mind and I think about you all here!

I am sitting on my porch right now drinking some coffee surrounded by the outdoor stray kitties. The weather feels great and Wayne and I might go to the lake for a walk this morning before he leaves for work. My granddaughter is on her way over, she loves going to the lake with her papa and grandma!

Good morning. Another nice weather day but not as cool as yesterday :-(. Looking for a high of 70 after having a low of 50 this morning. We again slept with our bedroom windows open and woke up to 61 in the house. It is neat to lay in bed and hear the sounds around our home at night; owls, coyotes, etc.

We are praying for all those with health issues. Our local "Relay for Life" chapter is selling t-shirts that simply say "Cancer Sucks". We don't normally use that phrase but I had to buy one in honor of my mom. (Relay for Life raises $ to fight cancer).
