Hi everyone!

I was very bummed this weekend. I had yet another group project where I had to pick up everyone else's slack. I had to do our huge end of the semester group paper (which 4 people are supposed to do) all by myself. It was 31 pages long. It took me hours and hours to complete.

I guess I can say at least it's done with. This is my last week of classes (yay!!!) and then next week is finals.

I have one more project (which I am working on now) and then I am DONE except for studying for finals!

you are good worker and we are all proud of you! Hopefully you get all the marks too.
Good luck with your finals, you will do great with all your studying.

In December, we always had to walk everywhere because of the traffic! I didn't mind, though. The best way to see the lights is to take Gastonia exit onto Wilkerson Blvd. Travel down that road and turn left onto Wesleyan Drive. Follow that road down to the lake and bear left at the intersection of Stowe Mill.

Can I borrow the lear to go with them?

good morning y'all! long time- no see! how's it w/ everyone?
not sure if y'all remember, but i had asked for prayers for Will's gr.mother earlier last week. unfortunately she passed away on friday. this was his gr.mother on his dad's side. (Will is my adopted son). when he got a car & was able to drive he would go see her on Sundays. he is doing good now. he was very upset @ 1st, of course, but put it all in God's hands & he said he felt @ peace w/ what happened. the struggle she went through made it easier to say goodbye. she was in terrible shape.
don't mean to be a downer, just wanted to fill y'all in.

Sorry to hear that but if she was suffering its for the best, hope will bes ok he has his memories

Good afternoon, MMC! How is everyone? I am well. Just getting to start dinner soon. My sister will be here again and she wants my homemade mac & cheese, so I will be making that as one of the side dishes. I just have to decide what to make as the sandwich.

What is everyone else up to tonight? Not much going on here. DH and I both work. He is off starting tomorrow and I am not off until Thursday. I am looking foward to being off some days around Christmas. It will be nice to see family I haven't seen for awhile. I miss them badly!

I see Michael Buble's special is on tonight at 10 pm EST. I will have to DVR that! I look foward to his music every year. He is great. It's NBC for anyone who wants to watch!

Well, I am off to start cooking. Talk to you guys later on. I hope you're all doing well and for those of you who need my prayers, I am praying. God Bless and keep smiling! Thinking of you all!

I feel so guilty that I can't get on as much as I want to. As much as I love this time of year, it's just so busy!

I have to say, I am having the best build up to Christmas ever this year, it's fantastic and so much fun!! I hope everyone else is too, and also enjoying every second, as we all know, it goes too fast.

We are just hanging out at home watching the Packers and Lions play. Is anyone else watching? I'm loving the snow

We just got home and have a new car! We got an Acura RDX SUV it has all of the bells and whistles that I could imagine, I'm not sure how I'm going to learn to use all of them, ha ha ha! I'm used to an old Ford Ranger Edge pick up, and an old Pontiac Sunfire. I make jokes, but they were both really good vehicles for us. Reminds me of the old How I Met Your Mother episode Where they say goodbye to a car!

Anyways just wanted to pop in and say good night. Wishing you all a lovely Christmasy night! Oh, and GO PACK GO!!!!!

hope everyone is well. the flu seems to be going around pretty bad here. no one sick yet in our household. God willing we won't be. i've heard of lots of little 1's getting it. poor things.

I love that commercial !!! There is one commercial I really miss from childhood...I dont know how many here will remember it.....It was for, I believe, Norelco electric razors and it has Santa Claus riding down a hill of snow on a razor.........It was always my mother's favorite commercial and I always knew Christmas was right around the corner when I saw it !!!

Just getting ready to get started for the day......I am really hurting this morning. It must be the rainy weather....It will be better in just a little bit but right now - OUCH !! - My deep empathy to Made's little niece who is much more of a trooer than I !!! So far my new med is just making me tired but that will change all in good time..xo
