Christmas Countdown - 2012

So the nap thing...yea...it's lasted only 15 minutes for DS. He is turning 6 months tomorrow, so he's going through that stage where if he's left alone, he thinks you're never coming back. Also, if he wakes up and doesn't know where he is, he freaks out. I carried him into his crib asleep and he must have woke up quickly and scared himself. He started screaming and now he won't go back to sleep and just wants to play. Oh well...guess I probablywon't be doing much cleaning today. DARN! :-D
 
Well after 2 and a half hours at chuck e cheese I am exhausted. My niece's had fun though so thats what matters. Now I am off to my BIL's grocery store. He marked down a bunch of hams today and I had him hold one back for me.

Glad they had a good time! They probably could have kept going! Did they make you jump in any of those ball pits?

Handsome little boy! Congrats!

Your son and my daughter (Jordyn) have the same name. Jordyn's son River is only five months and a couple of weeks older than your Jordan.

I just have to say....I can't believe that this thread is still so popular even though it is nearing mid-January! I enjoy posting here so much!

Dawg - that's a good point! My son and your's will just be shy of being 6 months apart. So neat!

Well, I really didn't get much cleaning done today, but I did get some wash done and got to spend a lot of time with my kids. I've also got to spend a lot of time on here today too! I guess I'll try to clean again tomorrow - it should be easier with DH being home until 4 when he goes to work. There will be two of us to tackle the cleaning and the KIDS!
 
I forgot to tell you that the dinner in the crockpot is maple bourbon pork loin. Normally, I season my own, but when I saw this when we shopped on the way home from my appointment yesterday, I knew I wanted to give it a try. It honestly smells divine!!! I put in mushrooms, onions, corn, carrots, potatoes, and chicken broth, in addition to the pork loin. With Meceka's chowder, this will be an outstanding dinner!!! Thanks, Meceka!!!
