I don't know why I forgot to mention it, but DS is 6 months old today!

I'm stiff and sore from taking down the decorations and packing them away (which involved numerous trips up and down the basement steps). And THEN we had grocery shopping and putting those items away. So my bones are creaking and I'm bushed. Time to slip into some comfy sweats and veg. Not enough sofa time this weekend! Maybe next weekend---our offices are both closed on MLK Day.

I'm thinking about all of you, as usual. I hope those of you who are under the weather are feeling better soon.

Is that a book cover? The one I got doesn't have a cover and it's just red,

The illustration and title are printed right on the cover (there's no dust jacket). It's a hardcover published in 1987.

Geez...they better start playing a little better, but I have faith!

I hope they get this fixed at half time because I need them to beat New England next week.

Good luck dawg, I'm sure they are probably ecstatic which should be a diversion for them.

For those of you who are trying to find the right one, it looks like this:
The one I ordered from the library is from 1987 and it looks like this. They must have changed the picture because look in the collage, it's the picture of Santa that is on your cover!

I know that you are going to be an excellent father and your son is going to adore you. Definitely nap when he naps! Baby Jordan is a wonderful addition to your family! In about 11 months you will be enjoying your first Christmas with him, which will definitely be a very special time! Enjoy him and ((hugs to your family))

Just try to relax and not let them bother you. I am sure they are so excited not only for themselves, but especially for you and Brandi. You're going to make a great father, no doubt!

Good evening,

Been a long day today, but what an ending to the Steelers-Broncos game, sorry all you Steeler fans, that was a tough one to take. I made a big pot of turkey chili for dinner, one of the best I ever made, it had great sweet overtones, followed by spicy undertones, mmmmm. Sorry to brag. cheesy
Just watching a movie now, and heading to bed soon, up early.

Have a great night!

P.S. All my lights and trees are still on. cheesy

So the Steelers lost! It was a good season. They honestly could have played better. There is always next year!

Anyway, I hope you're all having a good evening. I am going to try and catch an hour of sleep before going to work. Talk to you all tomorrow!

Hey everyone!

I hope you all have had a wonderful day. This weekend went by too fast. I really enjoyed my peaceful weekend. No stress or worries, just time with my sweet hubby. My children had a sleepover with their cousins, and I didn't have anything to do for my Pre-K babies. Tomorrow starts the first full week back at work since Christmas. I love my job, but hate getting up early. If only school would start 1 or 2 hours later, I would be bright eyed every morning. LOL!

I hope you all have a wonderful night, get plenty of sleep, and have sweet dreams.
TTYL!

It was hard to take. I am still crying. (jk) I am a diehard fan though. It's ruff!

Well I was supposed to babysit my niece tomorrow afternoon but she decided that she just wanted to come stay the night instead. So now I have a 3 year old little girl who is all hyped up on sugar (thanks to gramndma) running around my apartment. I have a feeling that it's going to be a long night.
