Good Morning MMC!!!!!!! We set another record yesterday for the most 90 degree days in a month with 26. Boo!! Why couldn't we have set the record for the coolest July on record. Oh well. I better get use to it. The August outlook calls for above average temps and below normal rainfall. In other news it seems weird that my old School district is already going back to school. It's not even august yet. Most of the districts around here are going to a balanced scheduled that has 2 week breaks through out the year and then a 2 month summer break. I probably would have liked it but it still seems weird. Well I'm off to the grocery store. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You got me thinking so I looked up the temperatures for here this month since it seems to me it was very hot and I was right.
At no time did our temps go below 21c ( 70f) and for 4 days it was above 30c - 32c (86f - 90f) But that was not factoring in the humidity which brought temps feeling more like 5 degrees higher most days.
yikes, that was scary! Locking a door on the way out should be an automatic thing. That's Good!!! When I was a commercial sales manager with Autozone one of the other managers forgot to lock the door and set the alarm when he went home one night. I got a call from the security company at 2am telling me I had to go check the store because the alarm wasn't on and no one else would answer. I was shocked when I got there and realized what he had done. Then I was surprised that the store wasn't cleaned out. Needless to say he didn't last long as a shift manager.
Good morning christmas friends
All seems good with everyone. well except for a few and hope things will be ok with them
And all frubabies seen ok to which is great
Have not been on a for a few days.
Last week was hard . i can honestly say it am glad its over
Last tuesday morning my sisiter in law walked in to the house with a man and said this was her new boyfriend. my brother near had a heart attack
He rung me and i went up and this guy was sitting on the sofa like he owned the house. and but that time the son was up and could not understand what was going on.
She said she was leaving and away him and her went and stayed in a hotel in town and went to scotland on friday.
Hell everything fell apart. the dauagher is in tara state and the son does not no what too say and my brothere actually seems ok they have not been getting on for years
The 2 kids are going though hell. one moment they hate her and cant beleive she left them and moved away. i bagged her not to go and the daughter was in tears bagging her but no of she went
i have stayed in contact with her. as the kids want there mum home even if it is with the new guy. so am stick in the middle .
And had to handle that as well as pallets and the shop . am can say i am exchaused mentally. but maybe this week will be better . i think she might come back even with him but at least the kids will have there mum back.
Anyway am waiting on pallets coming so you all have a nice day and will tlak soon take care and hugs to all furbabies

Biggest problem I had at close up was that someone had locked the safe so I could not put away the cash drawer. Had to call the boss, get the code and then wait another 5 min for the thing to think about opening before I could finish. After that, I always check to make sure it is open before I start the close down!
I hope I did this correctly.

It is time for me to take another nap. This last chemo was BAD!!! But, at least, it's supposed to be the last. Now onward and upward to surgery and radiation.

The only unfortunate part is that I really wasn't able to play as much as I should have. I have patellar tendonitis and can't seem to get rid of it.
Still praying for you.![]()
I have to work the Saturday and Sunday of the long weekend, but have Monday off. We are going to Port Huron that day, have to take our first road trip in my new van!!!Good afternoon everyone!
It's Monday. Another work week is upon us. This work week, however, marks the last couple days of July and the ushering in of August! Didn't July just begin?! In Ontario, we have a three day weekend coming up, so it will be a nice four day work week next week. I am very much looking forward to that!
This past weekend was a lot of fun. We had a tournament here in Ottawa, so it was real nice to play and sleep in my own bed at night. Also, better yet, we won the tournament! There were 18 teams in our division. We were seeded second, but we managed to beat the first seeded team twice (once Saturday and once in the finals on Sunday). The only unfortunate part is that I really wasn't able to play as much as I should have. I have patellar tendonitis and can't seem to get rid of it. I played a bit on Saturday, but I decided to rest my knee on Sunday. We have a tournament in Maryland (Poolesville) next weekend and I am hoping that I will be OK for it. In reality, the injury has been off and on all summer, so we'll see if four days of ice and rest will allow me to play on the weekend. I don't want to make the 9 hour drive for nothing!
Not much else is happening. I'll go through a few posts on here during lunch. I forgot to make a lunch last night, so I tihnk I have to purchase something. Drats. Have a great Monday, everyone!
