CAH and SIT I am so GLAD you are safe. . Glad to hear it.

I am so glad today is over. I actually bought myself something that was really kind of expensive. I NEVER do that but this is something I have wanted for 13 years. I found a decent price on Millennium Bride Barbie which was a limited edition back in 1999. She is wearing a gown with Swarovski crystals sewn all over it and she has a cathedral veil. She is so BEAUTIFUL !! Its so nice sometimes to just treat yourself and you deserve it. your so good to the doggy,s. and if it cheers you up. then that makes it ok..

I hope everyone is doing well and I hope everyone has a very Christmassy evening. I have been trying to say the rosary every night of Holy Week. I am quite upset that I don't get to go to church on Good Friday this year.....But I will try to say some extra prayers in honor of the day..i was once told it does not matter where you pray god still lsitens

Good morning everyone! not much sleep for Neal tonight and it's my turn with jordo the terrible!!! lately he has been a little terror at night..but it's the least I can do now that Brandi has had terrible 24 hour "morning sickness"...much worse this time than with Jordan! Hope it's passes soon. I have work in a few hours but not before I have to go to the gym..I can barely keep my eyes open now but I am going to go back and read as much here as I can. I am trying to stay on baord here year around but so far this spring I have not even been online much at all. That is how Brandi always tells if I am feeling well or not...if I go online she knows I feel good but If i stay quiet and keep to myself she knows I am not feeling well.lol it's funny how people can read each other after living together for a while. we are comin up living together a year now. I think we are suppose to get married in May too!!

Have not been posting in a few days have been so busy
The weather over yesterday was really rotten. snow showers and wind. but think scotland got it worst.
Today looks really nice but cool and i can hear a wind blowing which has a chill factor to it but its dry
The weather people gives it cool over easter
Talking of easter .tomorrow is holy thursday . where does the time go?
I love easter as well reminds me of christmas in a way. but not to the same extent. it ones of my milestones to christmas.
Have been run of my feet so far this week
The guy had has the heart probelms got home. and am making the dinners for him and the dad. and i think i now have become a nurse.dr and social workers all in a few days lol
the 2 of them can be very stressful. as they are not to well up in medical stuff and the guy can not understand a word the dr or nurse is telling him . so the phone rings and i have to explain all to him. and everytime hes feels a pulpatition hes on the phone panicing.. i can honestly say . me head is turned .
Other than that all hounds and birds doing good thank god..
Shop is busy have pallets today again
Hoping all is good with each and everyone of you. have been reading the posts and i no some are having wee problems but it will come ok. lifes hard but as they say what does,nt kill you ,will make you stronger. (i must be very strong lol)
Hope all the furbabies are good and behaving.

Thank you to EVERYONE here who has been encouraging me. You dont know how much it means when a person is feeling so down on themselves to come to a place where there is such love. Thank you all for believing in me, something I have never done myself. Glad to hear your on a more postitive way of thinking now

I will NOT give up and I WILL keep trying. The one thing that has sustained me since I failed that test is that I did pray that God not let me make a mistake and choose the wrong company. I asked that if this was a good company for all to go well but if it was not I prayed for Him to intervene. I guess the company I applied to must not be a good one......Theres a saying . if something is for you it will not go by you. and you asked god to intervene and yes maybe he did. he knows everything and hes has a different road for you . always remember god has seen tomorrow

Now about Hermione. She was absolutely TERRIFIED at puppy school on Sunday. She was so scared she would not even interact with the other puppies. She just wanted to stay with my husband and me. The teacher saw how upset she was and put us in with the little puppies (Hermione towered over all of them) thinking it would make her feel better if she was the biggest. It didn't help. All the other puppies were running around saying Hi ! to each other and poor Hermione was just so scared. You would never know that here at home. She is so outgoing and boisterous. I am not giving up on her. I love her with all my heart as I do all my furkids and we will keep going. The teacher said that even if she doesn't get it, even if she doesn't learn anything at least she will have had six weeks of socialization and will be less scared. That's good enough for me.....

Sad to hear that. maybe he is just not used to as many dogs as that, but bet you he comes round .(maybe a bit like a childs 1st day at school) but look at the way he come over to you for safely and protection when he was scared. he trusts you

well it's wednesday/pines day!!! i think binger is gonna have Miss Love on all night tonight!! woohoo!
i have a 1/2 day @ work today. i'm lov'in it cause it's sooo slow right now. it's hard to find something to keep you busy for several hours!
my daughter & my niece are together @ my rents house. my sil is there w/ them. daughter was so bored here @ home i'm glad my niece came over. her ankle is better but boy is it every color of the rainbow!!!yuck!
i'll be going over to my rents today to pack my daddy up for friday since we're going to my sister's then. i figure i'll get him packed up today, tomorrow after work i'll pack myself, then we can just take off when i get off friday. my nephew said he'll be able to take us around to all the yard sales saturday since neither of his sons has a game this weekend.
i think we are gonna try to go to a sunrise service on Sunday, i'm hoping to find 1 on the beach. i've always felt such a connection w/ God there & i think it would be great to have sunrise service there.
i'll be leaving both of my boys here @ home this weekend & i will certainly give them a "don't do" list of things & a "do things" list of things. hhmm i wonder which will fall apart 1st? i do know that the "do things" list won't get done till just before we pull in the driveway on monday! lol. they're pretty good boys so i'm not gonna stress over it....too much!

Good Morning MMC!

Have to leave early this morning for doctors appointment. Then a bit of shopping and this afternoon will be doing kids company. I get to tell the kids the Easter story as well as teach some more cake decorating lessons.

Yesterday wore me out! My granddaughter got picked up early and I just wasn't feeling well. I just wanted to lay down but then I turned on the tv and was watching a tornado in action not too far from us. Then the sirens went off and on for a couple of hours. Not a good time to lay down so I was up preparing an area to take cover and gathered up my pets to that room. They were all upset. A lot of places around us was hit but it missed us. So far I have not heard of any serious injuries but a lot of damage! We get tornado warnings a lot and I usually can relax but I guess when you see it happening nearby and sirens going off, it's a whole different story!

I do need a day at The Pines!!!

Well as CAH said we made it through the severe weather and tornado outbreak yesterday. I was at work during all of that, they have a severe weather warning radio in the office, so they were staying on top of things. They have an air horn they use to warn us of anything happening, and of course they go over what to do and where to go. Since we are a logistics warehouse that has Domtar paper manufacturer (formerly Warehauser) as a client, if a tornado ever hit that place it would look like a ticker-tape parade with all of the paper flying around. I am sure the Canadians on here are familiar with Domtar, since it is based in Canada. Thank you to everyone for your concern and prayers, it is greatly appreciated.

Very glad to hear that you are safe. I'm sure it's terrible when you're getting the warnings and sirens and have your mind full of finding a safe place to ride it out if necessary. I heard on the radio that the NWS is now using stronger (more dramatic) language in their warnings because they're afraid that the public has gotten in the habit of ignoring warnings.
