good morning ya'll!

well today is my 1st day using my vapor cig. it came yesterday. no problem @ all, still get the nicotine, still blowing "smoke" but it's really water vapor. woo hooooo!

i did go out yesterday & cut grass. i paid for it the rest of the day too. hubby said i couldn't go outside today. i'm not gonna argue either, i was terrible. i wore my mask but...

this has been the worst vacation time we've ever taken from work.

i've got lots i can do inside though, just a matter of feeling up to it!!

I feel so bad that you're having such a bad vacation. Hope before Monday you have at least some relief and can enjoy your vacation.

Meceka, since you look after the food end here, do you know of a cake recipe that will come up light and airy?
I have tried several and they come out dense when I would really like a lighter texture. Got the chocolate down pat, it is the vanilla that I am having problems with.

Upon the request of the school we had a meeting today with the head coach because they supposedly do not want him to transfer to another school.I was very reluctant to do it because there was no resolution that could come out of it.So I ended up getting up and walking out of the meeting and leaving my wife in there because I couldnt take any more of the bull.I have never in my life done anything like that but believe me they know how unhappy I am. Im just so so disgusted with the whole thing!

This is such a shame, especially when a child is involved. I feel so bad for you, your wife, and especially your son. I know you guys are trying to hard to find an answer. I pray that you will soon.

Whew. My brother and his long-time girlfriend are going through some relationship drama right now. She is, if I may be a bit...indelicate, crazy. As a bat. I'm surprised that he's stayed with her for so long. Anyway, she's calling mom, complaining that Jim isn't treating her right. Did my mom raise her son to be so sorry? Can my mom believe that her son only works two jobs trying to support his girlfriend, while his girlfriend hasn't worked a job in 10 years?

If you don't mind me chiming in and saying so, it sounds like Jim is a really great person and does TOO MUCH for her. Sounds to me like he's done it all right. I totally agree with you, Brad.

Well I stopped by Hobby Lobby while I was out and didn't see any sign of chrsitmas decorations coming out yet.:-( I know I'm a couple of month's early but I thought I would give it a shot since I was right next door. I did notice they were hiring. Maybe I should apply so I can get an employee discount when I buy all of those ornaments this fall.

Good evening, dear Christmas family.

I am really sad tonight....my little Chihuahua, Ivy, is in the hospital in very serious condition. She seems to have developed some sort of heart condition.........She has beeng choking and gagging and today she would not eat....I called the doctor right away and when my husband got home he took her. The vet told my husband that her tongue is blue and she is cyanotic. He did x-rays and has severe pulmonary edema. When I spoke to him on the phone he said he put her on oxygen and started her on Lasix which is a diuretic.....

He was very serious so I know that Ivy is near dying........I can't tell you how this hurts, I know that you all understand. I just hope the treatment works and that it is not too late....I know she is 14 but we both love her so much.......I had to work this afternoon and once I found out how bad her condition is I could barely concentrate......

If you could all spare a prayer or two for my Ivy, that would be so wonderful.......Thanks everyone.....I am going to sign off for now...

I can't blame you for checking early, sometimes places try to "sneak" out some leftover stuff from last year at great prices, I always try to find stuff when I go to stores. The employee discount sounds like a good reason to work there to me. cheesy

Long day today, we just got home a little less than 2 hours ago, today is JP's 7th birthday, my first born baby is getting so big. We went to my in-laws for a mini celebration, his party is Sunday. My sister will be getting in tomorrow afternoon, I am working, so my wife will be picking her, and my niece and nephew at Bradley Field in Windsor Locks, CT. So there will be 3 adults a 7, 4, 3, and 1 year old running around the house for 5 days, it is school vacation week now, and we are planning to go to Six Flags on Tuesday.

Great hockey game last night, overtime win was very exciting, tomorrow afternoon for game 2. Hockey playoffs are my second favorite time of year right after Christmas.
