May I ask a question? (haha I already did cheesy )
With the weather being so crazy across the country, today it is in the 80's and tomorrow it will be in the 90's, I can't help but to feel worried about tornadoes coming through here again. When it happened last June it never crossed our mind, and a tornado like that coming the way it did through a 39 mile path right through the middle my town, I worry it could happen again. I know it is probably a once in a lifetime event. But I can't shake the fear or worry of what I saw 10+ months ago. Is this normal to feel that way? Should I go talk to a shrink or something?
Why wood it not be normal. we all fear something. its like if we fall on ice the fear is there we might fall again. if we get our home broke into. the fear is there it might happen again. if someone has a heart attack the fear of another one
If we experienced something we always fear that coming back again.
Sometimes we just have to get on with it. you cant live your life in fear of the unexpected. What you saw yes was probably scary and yes the weather being the way it is.is making you think about it more. i can see where your coming from. But only you knows how much this is effecting you and your life. and if you feel you need to talk to someone about it do so.
