The doctor said when he went in this morning he was very, very surprised to see her breathing more comfortably so they took her out of oxygen and she WAS STILL COMFORTABLE !!! We don't know for how long this will last, perhaps months, weeks or even just days but for now she is doing much better and SHE MAY COME HOME ON FRIDAY !!!

Thanks to all of you and your prayers and love ......You have really made a difference........xo

It is just going to depend on if the lymphoma continues to respond and behave itself......For now, there is a glimmer of hope and I am ecstatic xo

Good afternoon, everyone!!!

Hope you all have a great day! Just popping in before I head to the DMV. This is my first time getting a new license picture, oh gosh do I need a new one!! I look like a criminal with poofy hair and braces in my old one. Thankfully I've purchased a hair straightener and the braces came off since those 4 years lol!! And of course I've grown up quite a bit.

Then I am going to come home and watch the Penguins game tonight. I am sick with anxiety over it, I really hope we win!

Good morning, Christmas friends and Happy Pines Day! Lots going on today, so I am going to do my morning post, then I have to head out. I will check to check in from my Iphone later on.

I am about to head out with my mom for are day of fun, then the circus is later tonight with EA and DH. I don't know how I forgot to mention before, but today is Ella's birthday. She is 6 today. When I talked to my DH this morning, he said that EA wanted to make her cupcakes. Lol...that is what they are currently doing.

I hope everyone has a great day and fun at the Pines. Since I won't get to check back in much, I just want to say that I am thinking about all of you, especially Cm3, Holiday, and still thinking about you, Seawaters. Keep smiling!

Hi everyone how are you all this eveing or afternoon
Hope all is good with you,s and furbabies
Have been busy this last few days. with pallets
As well my mate the one that has a drink problem went of the rails at the weekend and only woke last night. and that was him on to me texting to 3 in the morning telling me he needed help i told him after about 40 texts i wood talk to him in the morning . well morning to him was 6am. so he asked me in fact bagged me to help him as he wanted to get in a rehab to get him of the drink. all day i rung this one and that one but he wood not be able to get in for about 3 days. at this stage he was starting to self harm he has the hands cut of him. so i rang the after hours dr to see could i get him a detox as these seen to be the new thing in. and its funny how a phone call can bring the past back
Was taking away to the dr and he told me to sent him up and i asked his name which he told me and then he asked mine. and wood you belive it . he was the same guy that i went to unti with and spent a lot of time with 8 years ago. i could not beleive it and either could he. so we are gonna meet up soon for a good old chin wag..

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

According to the weatherman (who doesn't have my full trust), we have a good possibility of rain for the next few days. That would be nice, as it's been pretty dry around here.

Nancy has the day off since tax season ended yesterday. I was planning to have lunch with her today, but she was pretty irritated with me this morning for not getting the kids up early for school. She had to rush on her morning off. Maybe I better get a burger and eat at work today, eh?

oh dude...what were you thinking????? you've definitely gotta make up for that one. my boss' hubby does taxes & he sleeps for like 2 days after because he works straight through 3 days & nights up to the deadline.

I am excited! We have a train trip planned this summer to San Antonio and going to Sea World. It will be my mother, 2 grandsons and myself going. We will have 2 roomettes on board the train going to San Antonio and back which includes all meals in the dining car. If we drove there it would be a 5 hour drive but taking a train is 10 hours. Which I love that it takes that long, train trips are awesome! I especially love it when we stay several days on the train! Lots of fun! I have traveled all over the United States by train and highly recommend it if you have never been on one.

Last year we took a train trip there but just stayed around the Riverwalk, where our hotel was at, and never made it to Sea World. This year we are staying right next to Sea World and will get a pass to go for several days in a row.

My mom wants to plan a train trip to California to take the kids to Disneyland sometime. We did that a couple of times when my kids were little. It was fun! We also took them to Disney World in Florida by train. That route is down now after Hurricane Katrina hit.

Last year after I took that trip and returned I went into full Christmas mode! I am sure that will happen again! I got my summer fun out of the way, time for fall and Christmas!

Wayne, my son and dad will be holding down the fort at home while I am a way. It's also nice that my daughter and son-in-law live next to me!

Carl just welcomed me back to the pines with a candy cane hot chocolate. So nice of him! I hope everyone is doing well. My work shift is all upside down still. But I had some time to post. Have a picture of myself from work the other day. As most of you know I keep Christmas stuff up at my desk all year round. Well someone moved next to me that has a Santa hat. Then they put it on my head. So I wore it for a bit at work. Nobody thought it was strange because it was me! haha! I have been thinking of Christmas lately and need a fix soon. Don't we all! William is getting over being sick and my Wife just finished having a root canal. Fun times eh? Well I should probably get back to my shows. I'm finishing up watching Lost Girl and New Girl. Awesome.
