Christmas Countdown - 2012

I'm about to throw up I feel so sick from the loss. We didn't look good at all, minus Malkin. I'm not trying to put the blame elsewhere but I really do believe this effected a lot....the refs?! Hello! They called barely anything against the Flyers. After the play ended at one point, one of the Flyers pushed James Neal and his head went into the boards. I saw some tripping, interference, and hooking that wasn't called too. Plus, what made me sick, as soon as the puck neared their goalie they blew the whistle but Fleury could be holding onto it and they'd sit there and delay or not blow it at all. Basically everything was called against the Pens, however.

Very disappointing end to the season, especially when we fought back so hard. We were just not in the game at all tonight and didn't play with the desire/desperation I'd hoped for. I am sad to say this but I think the coach is going to be fired, too.

They need to get more heart, Crosby & Malkin & Stall can't do everything, they were missing the likes of Max Talbot, Ryan Malone, etc... They need to put more heart in that team, it may start by trading Stall, they can't afford him after his contract runs out next year, trade him while he is valuable and get something for him.

The best part about being a Christmas crazy? Taking a rainy, cool Sunday in April, cranking up the Christmas tunes, putting on some cozy sweats, making some "meat"balls (they are vegetarian, what's it to ya?!), baking some cookies, and pretending it's sometime in December. Oh, and in my mind - the season starts in 3 mere months! Christmas in July, right? Then from then on out, QVC dedicates one day a month to selling Christmas goods, so why can't I celebrate from then on out??

I am so with you! Now I think I will go listen to some Christmas music and do a bit of baking myself!

I agree!!!! If Hobby Lobby can start putting out their christmas stuff in June and QVC in July, then why can't we start celebrating at the same time?

I have always had a thing for CIJ and I'd make my parents put on Christmas music on the way home from our last beach trip in September. I have said this in the past, but that is one of my strongest memories of childhood Christmas. When i see that commercial now on Youtube I still get that same feeling, I know I use to stop whatever I was doing to watch it.

Think you are trying but no matter what you say is not gonna be the right thing anyway.
Think it is girls my sister had a real time with her 2. the cheek of them was tara and they were awlays looking new this and that. and nothing she said or done was right. they told her nothing she had to find out times from there friends mums. seems to be all about boys, makeup.music and what to wear. and how look they have to look going to school. and of course mums live in the dark ages and no nothing.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!! It's going to be another cool one here in central Indy. That's fine with me. I'll take 50's over 80's any day. I have a lot of cleaning to do today. My niece's trashed my kitchen yesterday morning and I was to tired to clean it last night. I also need to run to the store. I'm completely out of allergy medicine and I'm coughing my head off. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Dumb things to do on a Sunday

When putting your sheets into the washing machine on the highest possible temperature, make sure that you accidently scoop up your MP3 player and earphones along with them, ensuring that you only find out about this half way through the completed cycle!

When you finally manage to drain your washing machine and retrieve the same said MP3 player and earphones, why not encourage ridicule and snide comments from family members by popping the Sanza player into a tupperware container filled with rice and place on a radiator intended to promote water absorption?

I have piddled today away in bed...now I am kind of worried I will be up all night. That is usually how Sunday nights go. My one show I watch comes on tonight...actually 2...Harry's Law and celebrity apprentice,so I have that to look forward too that is all the tv I watch as far as shows go,I watch alot of crime shows in the ID channel. I skipped church tonight too. Brandi went and I vowed to go next weekend!! Wow people you know I am out of it when I don't keep up with the weather...anyone around here who knows me and my weather nut tendancies. I have not listened or looked at the weather in weeks. And all this talk of snow has me thinking what the heck???!! I think I may be feeling better because I am getting interested in my things again,including the weather.lol
Anyways,I slept very good last night after I finally went to sleep around midnight,but it was way to overcast to see the meteor shower. I don't know what I am going to do today I may just watch tv all day. Brandi went to church and I stayed home I slept that late!! in fact I just got up at 1030!!
