Made, what an adorable picture of you and your sisters but why does Santa look mad? :wink:

I have a picture here my dad with my uncle sitting on Santa's lap from the 40's and Santa doesn't look too happy in it. Ha ha! I should post it on here, it looks so nostalgic!

He was hot!!!!! That was taken in the summer of 1984 at Santa Claus Land which is now Holiday World in Santa Claus Indiana. My niece's wanted to see pictures from when we were there before they go on monday. So after dinner we came back to my apartment and pulled out the old photo albums.

I don't do the card exchange (it's tough enough for me to get cards out to my poor family members, hehe!) but I can assure you that MMC is a loving, forgiving Christmas family that will always welcome you back in! Poor guy! I hope they put him inside a freezing building from now on during the summer. =)

I got pictures of Holiday World when we went to Santa Claus, Indiana last October. (Outside, of course, it was closed at the time).

I am bored, maybe I will rearrange my bedroom...of course it could be 3am before I go to bed then.

If I rearrange it then I will need a whole new sheet and comforter set, new curtains. I think the walls could use a painting too.

Then of course it will lead to needing a whole new wardrobe including shoes.

After that the rest of the house will look just to plain so will have to paint all of that too....

Ok, it is going to be a month before I get all this done!

Good evening, Christmas Family !!

Okay. Here's the scoop !!

As you know I was freaking out because my iPod just w/o warning. I thought it was dead. I kept reading everything everyone told me to do to get my files back and also checking on the web for iPods that all of a sudden DIE. I found one suggestion I thought I would try first before trying to retrieve them through Icloud.

The suggestion said to resurrect a dead iPod try pushing the button down toward the bottom center at the SAME TIME you push the on button !! IT WORKED !!!!!!

My Ipod was just needing its battery charged !! Of course I didn't know that ........When I plugged it in to the charger and it didnt make that noise make I figured it was GONE. So.........I charged it and it acted perfectly normal.

This morning the first thing I did was hook it to my laptop and I got a message asking if I wanted to import all the photos and videos to my laptop and I said YES !! So all my files are now safe. If it dies again there is no worry. I have my Ivy preserved or at least her image !! as well as all the other photos and videos !!

I am hoping that perhaps I just panicked and assumed it died because of the water that in reality it just needed charged. Time will tell. It is acting PERFECTLY NORMAL though.... Before it came back this time I did let it soak for a few moments in alcohol just in case because of the potential threat of corrosion from water. I hope that helps.

So far, so good. For now it is back and my files are transferred. Also, I wanted to share that I put about 10 silica gel packs in with it along with the uncooked rice and there is NOT EVEN A TRACE OF WATER DAMAGE to the srcreen now!!! It is AMAZING.

Good morning, Christmas friends. It is going to be quite warm here in northern California today, almost like summer!!!.

I think we got cheated in the Bay Area; it not only got cold and windy, it actually started to rain! In late May!!!! But I'm glad you had good weather!

Thanks Xmas...I know I am being a big ol whining weeny about this...I had no idea it would die like that.........I think I read that Ipods have flash drives or something.......How is Milo ?

Milo isn't doing well, he has regressed the last few days. He cannot put much weight on his hind legs, and only walks like 4 ft at a time. We may have to bring him back to the vet, I just hope he isn't suffering right now, I don't think he is right now.

Time to own up to my absence, decided i should "man-up".. Obviously you all know That I haven't sent out my christmas cards still... Can you believe it! Cause I can't. I still intend to get them out, Whenever i get some extra $. Last couple months have been financially strained to say the least.. but luckily my wonderful DB was hired at his new job, started monday.. So hopefully bills etc. will be caught up and I'll be able to send out Your guyses cards!! I missed it here badly, but, being my silly self.. I was and still am so embarassed that I didn't send the cards.. that I strayed away from the site. Please do forgive me for not sending them yet hahaa... but seriously, i am so Sorry Hopefully you all won't be receiving two cards this christmas.. (ha-ha.. )

Anyways!! Man I have missed this place! And all you wonderful people!!!! AND WOW do I have a ton of reading to do

It was one long absolutely exhausting day at work, then another baseball game, JP was crushing the ball today, and made some pretty nifty plays in the field also. We had dinner from a new restaurant in town, I got Buffalo wings, and WOW they were spicy, my wife said my lips looked swollen after eating them, but they were so good, I will definitely order them again no matter how painful they were to eat. cheesy One more day to go until my weekend, tomorrow will be heck, I am expecting it to be extremely busy, so my foot will be in pain tomorrow.
