Good Morning, MMC!!

How are you all today on this lovely Saturday morning?

I am just hanging out & drinking coffee. I think I'll throw in a Christmas movie & fold some laundry. Hey, you have to try & make it fun somehow, right?

Adrian is going on a bike ride near the mountains, and Har & I will stay inside where it's nice and cool. Maybe we'll venture out for an evening stroll after the sun goes down. It's so nice not to have any set plans this weekend.

Well, whatever you do today, hope it's fun & festive!! Have a good one, friends!!

It's 10:30 in the morning as Coach pours a cup of coffee and heads to the deck, where the Martins are flying and the anticipation is building.

Today isn't just any morning....the look in Coach's eyes looks as if he is on a mission...one of great importance....

He sits down...turns on his computer....takes a drink of coffee....sings some Darlene Love....and then begins giggling with excitement

Sorry for my inconspicuous absence yesterday...hope no one thought I forgot to do the count. My wife is home and I spent all evening with her. No computer, no ballgame (and missed a no-hitter), no cellphone. Glorious is an adjective I would use.

Onward to the count.....

good morning everyone! i'm so glad the weekend is here. we have alot to do this weekend.
a little cleaning inside, dogs to bathe, putting out some last minute mulch in the backyard, adding chemicals to the pool. it always takes a little tweeking to get it just right.
the mild winter we had has caused quite alot of insects. fleas to be exact. my uncle is an exterminator & he's suppose to come over this afternoon to help w/ that. w/ 5 animals in the house it's hard to keep things under control. my uncle has the granules for fire ants & we've put that down. he said it would also kill fleas, ticks, & all other insects in the yard. ya' know it's bad when you wake up w/ flea bites, ouch, drives me crazy!
we vacuum every other day & i bought "pet armour" for the dogs. suppose to work like frontline & advantix you get from the vet but i don't think it does as i put it on them in the middle of may & they're all itching again. pet armour costs$25 compared to the ones from the vet that cost $40 & up, so you see w/ 4 dogs & 1 cat i was trying to save a little, oh well!

anyhoo, i'm gonna enjoy the day no matter what it brings. i hope y'all have a good weekend!!!!

Good luck with the insects, merry!! They are a pain. It sounds like you've got a plan & a professional in the family, so I'm sure all will be good soon.

Hello everyone. Things have been so busy and exciting lately. Work has been super busy and increasingly interesting and challenging. I'm doing things I was not sure I could accomplish so I'm really happy about that. Also, I'm settling into my new home. I absolutely love it. I hope you are all well. I'm going to try to catch up on some of the happenings that I have missed over the past several weeks. Have a wonderful weekend.

The weather is nice today . warm with a light breeze
Have to really try today and get as much sorted today for the shop as i can hardly get into the store
Gonna have a few friends round for a bbq this evening. it started of as 4 but now its 8 as i cant keep my mouth shut and i no it ill end up more as my estate is one of them that if a neigbour see,s you out they come over and join you . but am gonna have it early about 6.30 and try and get everyone home for about 10 or so
This is a bank hoiliday weekend as tuesday is the queens jubilee. but it wood be more a english thing.
This stupid place i live in. the religion thing comes into it. catholic/protestant.. and irish/english but i do think there is some things going on over here
The olympic touch comes her this evening and goes round all of ireland . the nearest town to me is 7 mile away and then goes to scotland
ok time for another cuppa and then get a start.

Good afternoon, MMC! What are your Saturday plans? Doing anything fun this weekend?

I went out to the bar last night with my friend. We weren't there very long so I just had one drink. My friend on the other hand? Four drinks and four shots! My stomach felt for him, lol! It is sooooo cold out compared to the temperatures last week! It is only going to be 68 for a high. I am in long sleeves right now because I am not used to how cool it is.

I can't wait for next weekend to watch the Belmont Stakes. I would love to see the same horse win!

Good evening, Christmas family. What a tiring week. I had to do my invoice today and was really suprised to find out I worked 99 hours during this last two week pay period.....Needless to say my joints and back and EVERYTHING are screaming from typing so much...

X-Mas.....You and your family and all affected by the tornado were in my thoughts today.....I hope you are all doing well xo How is your wife doing ??? I know she still misses Milo.

I hope you get to enjoy your days off. Thank you for thinking of us, hopefully all this anniversary stuff will be put to rest for a while.

She is slowly getting better, it seems so strange without him here.

Wow, xmas. That is so eerie. So glad you guys are ok, and no one lost their lives. The town I grew up in was also supposedly safe because of the bluffs- and last year a tornado touched down there...so I know what you mean. You just never know. I've been thinking of you today, were you able to go to the ceremony?

We didn't go to the ceremony, I got home from work around the time it started. I thought about it but the kids would have never made it through it.

Well I said this morning I went in 2 hours early and would come home 2 hours early, hopefully. YEAH RIGHT!!! I ended up staying an hour late on top of going in 2 hours early. Thanks to one of my co-workers calling in with "car problems", funny how people have car problems on Mondays and Fridays. Oh well, it's finall over and it's time for the WEEKEND!!!!:???:

Another cake done, will be leaving in about an hour for dinner out with everyone for this celebration of life get together...

Lindsay , celebration of life cake. 10 years ago today she was in a car accident that almost took her life. Today she is working hard dealing with brain injury and learning something new every day. She is surrounded by the love of family and friends.

this rose is the symbol of her new life, even though the damage is still apparent, she is once again blooming and growning stronger.
