Thanks for the kind words, she is actually really good at night, sleeps straight through from 11pm to 7am! and we even managed to get her to sleep 8.30pm - 10.30pm last night as well!

You guys are very lucky! Glad she is feeling better!

I just got back from shopping....and yes it was CHRISTMAS shopping!

I went to bath and body works because they are having their semi annual sale. When I got up to the checkout I realized I didn't have enough money and asked if I could take some stuff out. The girl at the register called another woman over and she asked me if if $10 less would be better. I said yes and asked what I should take out...and she said nothing! She gave me a $10 off coupon that hadn't even started yet! And when she walked away she said "Happy Early Christmas!"

Can you believe it?! Totally made my day!

Nope, it's going to be Kung Fu Panda 2. The local movie theater is doing a free kids movie every Wednesday during the summer. So most of them are a couple of years old. They are showing Arthur Christmas for Christmas in July so I'm pretty sure that we will be there that week to.

I think that's neat the theater does that. That's a good way to keep kids out of trouble and a nice way to give them something to do.

Yesterday was my mom's birthday, so we had a birthday party for her after VBS ended for the day.

Tomorrow I have speech recognition editor training. Not looking forward to doing it but I have to so may as well just try to learn it as fast as I can !!

All of these funny graphics are really helping me. This round of chemo is BAD!!! I have some neuropathy in my fingers, and the pain from the Neulasta shot is not any fun whatsoever. BUT, it will get better! Only three more rounds of chemo to do, then surgery, then radiation!

cheryell not nice to hear. am sure it is not easy on you . but your half way there . next time it will be only 2 rounds..

I think Merrymistletoe said the same thing and I meant to reply to her too but got busy and forgot.

I really think she is!!!! I swear she is turning into my great aunt who isn't happy unless she has something wrong with her. They both just like being the center of attention. My mom worked 10 hour days for 2 months with 2 ruptured tendons in her foot before her first surgery and all my sister has is a little cyst in hers. I'm sure it hurts but it's not nearly as bad as she's making it out to be. I mean she can go to walmart and walk around just fine to get a baby shower gift but if I'm busy and she has to get up to do something for my niece's you would think she was dying.

O i have a few round me like that to. take a pain in chest they are having a heart attack. one of them things no matter what you ever had they have had iot to only 5 times worst..

We are not hurting anyone by loving Christmas all year long. When people get irritated by Christmas they really should turn the news on first then realize Christmas is not so bad after all! :-D

Work was work tonight, back there first thing in the AM. JP had a fever of 103 tonight, my wife will be staying home with him tomorrow, hopefully it is just a quick thing he has. I cannot stop thinking of Christmas lately, the anticipation is already there for me.

Hope this finds everyone well!! Ive got a poorly little girl at the mo, Emelia has a cold and hasnt stopped coughing all morning! Lots of cuddles today!! And at the age of 2 is taking after her mummy for her love of xmas! we have been watching mickeys once and mickeys twice upon a christmas today and she loved it!!

How her foot feels changes depending on what she has to do. If it involves anything that might be considered work you would think she is dying. If it involves her going shopping it's fine.

JP is feeling better, he will be going to school tomorrow. I have a short day of work tomorrow, when I come home I have yardwork to do to get ready for Father's day/birthday party on Saturday.
I am sleepy tonight, Encore has Home Alone on and Starz Kidz has Disney's A Christmas Carol on, hmm which one to watch?

Please keep one of my employees in your thoughts and prayers tonight, her father is going to have surgery tomorrow for a cancer issue, but he has a weak heart so they don't know if he will make it through surgery, but it needs to be done if he wants to beat the cancer.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be hot here in Central Indy with a high of 92 degree's. The extended forecast actually shows the next 7 days in the 90's. So I'm going to be pretty miserable next week and my air conditioner will be getting a work out. In honor of National Man Day my plan for today is to go shooting with a friend this morning. It's been a while since I've been to the range so hopefully I'm not to rusty. Then it will be home to watch some nascar coverage. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never heard of National Man Day, I mowed the lawn and did the trimming, my wife would say those are "man" jobs. I have told her she is more than welcome to help mow. I am having steak for dinner, better work on my belching to really celebrate. cheesy

This year, June has started off so much better than what it was last year. We have only reached highs in the mid 90's. MUCH BETTER than last year when the highs were 100+. We have also had some cool days. I am loving it!!! Now if we can keep those temps for the rest of the summer I will be so happy! :rudolph:

Good morning, everyone! How are you all doing today? I am well. I am determined today to get caught up the Countdown. Kids are at daycare and DH is at work, so I should be able to do it!

All the talk on here about Christmas is really getting me into it. I am drinking my coffee out of my Santa mug and I think I may listen to some Christmas music today. I still haven't got to listen to the new podcast either, so I think I'll do that today as well.

What is everyone up to this weekend? I am working, which is my normal weekend to work, but then I also work next weekend. I work two weekends in a row, that way I can have the last weekend in June off, so DH and I can go to Pittsburgh for our anniversary. We're going to see the Tim McGraw/Kenny Chesney concert while we're there. The benefit of working to weekends in a row, so that I get to weekends off in a row.

Well, off to do some reading. Hope everyone enjoys their day. By the way, I don't think I thanked everyone for the kind posts while I was away - thanks for all your kind words for a safe trip and a fun time! I appreciated all your posts! Okay, have a great day and keep smiling!
