Good Sunday evening, my Christmas friends!

I had a great Father's Day! We grilled yesterday evening on the deck. It actually got so cool outside, my mom and my wife went inside! I loved it, though. Today, we took Bernie out to eat. He wanted to go to Red Lobster, so we went to Savannah. Then he wanted to go to Sam's Club to get some things for the store.

The kids (and Nancy) gave me a fan for the deck that has water misters attached. It's to use at the deck during the summer when it's so hot. It really hasn't been hot enough for that yet, though. It's unusual, but it's in the mid-70's right now, and it might get into the 60's later tonight...unheard of!

I hope all the dads on MMC and everywhere had a WONDERFUL day. You all deserved it so much !! I am so sorry I am late posting this. Today was not a very good day here and I was quite preoccupied earlier. Both our vehicles are now down so we have none and we found out that there is a very good chance that my husband's health plan is going to stop covering spouses soon so that means I will have no health insurance.

I do hope all here are well and that today was a really good and special day for all xo

Today was not a very good day here and I was quite preoccupied earlier. Both our vehicles are now down so we have none and we found out that there is a very good chance that my husband's health plan is going to stop covering spouses soon so that means I will have no health insurance.

Hope this finds you all good this monday morning.
Hope you all had a nice weekend and all dads had a nice fathers day
Monday again. another week nearer to christmas .
Yesterday i had the toothache all day i was near ready for a mental hospital. i took that many tablets and i really hate taking tablets and even found a irish charm. this is where you ring a phone number and give your name. you can get charms for a lot of things. dont no what worked but today so far its gone but i feel like crap as i even took a sleeping tablet as well.
Got 2 pallets up on saturday so they have to be finished today. and this week will see the start of the shoppin channel stuff. its a lot easier worked with. some i still have 4 pallets of furniture and 8 pallets of suitcases as well.
I have sold a lot of suitcases over this past few days. even in this country where they say money is tight a lot of people still want a holiday.
So need another cuppa so you all have a nice day and talk soon

I found some nice fall scented Yankee Candles! Leafs, Pumpkin, and Berry Fall spice! Woo hoo! Oh and I want to thank Jeff for all his hard work on trying to get the MMC cookbook to me. Its getting stuck at customs. Doesn't customs like Christmas? Maybe its the Grinch working under cover? Or heat miser? haha. Speaking of heat its going to be HOT for the next few days. Where is fall when you need it? Ill post some pictures of the candles I found tonight when I get home from work. Hope everyone is doing well. Have a merry Monday everyone!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be another HOT day here in central Indy with a high of 93 degrees. The party celebrating Dale Jr's win is still going strong here this morning. I think I'm going to watch the race again here in a couple of minutes. Then I'm going to run to hobby lobby this afternoon. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ended up having to go out to dinner twice last night. My sister's FIL always takes us out for our birthday but he was sick this year. So he called yesterday and wanted to take all of us out last night. So I went to O'Charley's with the family and then turned around and went to Outback for my friends birthday.

How nice to get to go out twice!

as most Europeans I am hopelessly caught up in the Football or as the Americans say Soccer Euro Championships.....Germany won the first three games and has advanced to the quarter final....Germany is happy and we are proud of our team...now everything can happy....get kicked out or maybe get the cup....ya never know...I luv it, I luv it, I luv dis game

That is how I am about football (American football). I love the sport!

Thank you. He is feeling better today but still very pale and not much energy. Taking him to see out doc this week, want to get some tests to see what is causing this.

Had a great Father's day, went to the movies and saw Madagascar 3, went to our favorite ice cream place, took an unexpected nap. It was a great day with the family.
I received my Lakeside Collection catalog for Harvest yesterday, Christmas can't be too far behind.

I use to get that catalog and several other ones. I put a stop to it and look at them online to cut back on clutter BUT I kind of miss receiving them. It just so much nicer looking at an actual book with pages. Sounds weird but looking at that stuff online is just not the same for me. It's like receiving a gift in the mail. I think I might put in a request for some catalogs!

I'm loving our mild temps too! It reaches in the mid 90's but the lows are great! Last year it was 100+ and never cooled down in the evening. I want to bottle this summer temp and make it last until fall!

Monday is a great day! Start of a another good week!!!

My granddaughter (almost 3 years old) just got here. She is so cheerful every morning when her dad drops her off. Very talkative and so sweet. She gives Wayne and I a chuckle with some of the things she says.

My chihuahua, Meca, who is 11 years old, just loves my granddaughter. She usually don't care for kids too much but just adores her! My granddaughter calls my dog her BFF! Ha ha! She even came in our house one time with a BFF t-shirt and said, "Meca needs one of these shirts too so we can match". Meca always comes and sits with her every morning.

My grandsons are in Day Summer Camp and I pick them up in the afternoon after they get out.

Just returned from family vacation on Grand Cayman Island...first time on a tropical island for me, very pretty and very serene.
Noticed that Hallmark Channel has announced the weekend of July 14th and 15th as all Christmas movies for those of you who enjoy a bit of a corny, but Christmasy TV movie fest as I do!
