Good morning everyone!
'Pines Day is over, which means we are so close to the weekend. Unfortunately, Thursday is my Friday. I'm only working part-time, so I have a four day weekend. I will take advantage of it tomorrow, however. Aside from applying for jobs, I will head to the Rideau Centre in search of "early" signs of Christmas! As I have said before, I am expecting the Bay to have their Christmas displays nearly completed in the third-level catwalk, but we shall see!
It was a nice chilly walk to the bus this morning. The temperature felt like -1c (31f). I was able to walk comfortably with a sweater, however. Lots of people were out in their warm coats and winter attire. It's too early for that, if you ask me, especially for Canadians. Temperatures are supposed to remain in the single digits now until Saturday. No complaints. It's fall!
I am sore. The gym tired me out again yesterday. I was happy to return to doing some heavy deadlifts yesterday. It's a great feeling to know that I have not lost much strength. Good and surprising, really. Tonight, we have hockey at 10pm. A little late, but it is Men's hockey, so we have the later schedule. At least it's not 11 pm. We're gunning for our first win tonight. We lost our first game and then our second game. Each by a goal. I was not at the second game due to my knee. Hopefully I can make a difference tonight!
Well, I should get back to work. I have a few things on my desk that must be attended to. Have a wonderful Thursday, everyone. The Christmas Season is nearly a month away... Another reason to look forward to the weekend!
