Long busy day at work, rainy messy day here. The fire alarms went off at work this morning, we evacuated everyone from the store and stood outside in the rain for 20 minutes, the worst part of working in a cooler after standing in the rain. You are freezing the rest of the day. False alarm by the way. Got to make dinner. TTYL

Ugh! Glad it was a false alarm, but I hope you are warmed up now!!! Still raining here. Going to be a rainy night for Friday night football!! We are off to the lake....

Awww....You are SUCH a great uncle !! How is your niece's arthritis doing ?? I really feel for her.....I am an adult (so they tell me) and I have literally been streaming tears with this psoriatic arthritis ....The pain is unbelieveable........xo

CM3, i gotta tell you, i went to the Thanksgiving site & read some of your stories. you are brilliant!!! i felt like i was IN the story watching everyone as you explained & discussed it. thank you very much!
my day was fine, work then home. i did stop by Dollar General to get me a Schticky. it's 1 of those "as seen on tv" thingies. it's a lint roller you can reuse over & over by just rinsing it under water. w/ 4 doggies & 1 cat in the house i really need it!!!
i think me & hubby are gonna go out on our property to rake up some pine needles for mulch tomorrow. we have a pretty big yard so i can't buy all the pine needles we need for our landscape. we use the 1's we rake for alot of the area & then buy some for the heavy traffic areas of the yard.
i tell ya', i would put up my tree tomorrow if i could. my hubby always shampoo's the carpet & we clean the whole house top to bottom before we put the decorations up. so i guess that'll have to wait but not too long, maybe a week or 2. hehehe

Oh Merry thank you !!! I am glad you liked my stories. I am not brilliant or even a good writer. I WANT to be a good writer (Xmas 365 is BRILLIANT !) but at this point the only thing I can do is relate my family memories......I am so glad you liked my blog !! (((HUGS))))

It might wind up being some extra work, but it'll have to be done to get what we want. Our own fault for having so much stuff stored in that room. It'll all be good before long.

I agree too. Let me share a story...I will try to be quick. A while back I was missing my mother terribly. I woke up in the middle of the night with a SCREAMING migraine. I took medicine and went to sleep finally. Later that day, I was talking to my sister. She said she dreamed of our mother and mom told her that she had a terrible headache !!! My mother NEVER got headaches and my sister did not know I had a headache. I think this was my mother's way of telling me she is here for me still !! She is doing better today. She had been battling a flair the last couple of weeks but she just had another infusion on monday and her pain is now back down to a 5 from a 9.

MMM yip sounds a bit daft. but on saying that last year in the shop we had dressed trees in . the ones that caome with tree,lights and decor. and some of them had the black and white decor they sold very good and we had some black tree,s and they all sold
