Good Morning MMC!!!!! We are going to start a warm up today with a high of 69 this afternoon. I've already taken my niece's home and now I'm just going to back and watch some racing, football, and maybe even some of the wnba finals. The Indiana fever are one win away from winning the championship. So at least we have one good sports team left here in town. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Binger- Praying for you friend. I hope the surgery goes smoothly or went smoothly if you already had it.

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

I'm ashamed to say that we are skipping church this morning. Both Jacob and Elizabeth have a bad cold, coughing, sneezing, feeling bad. SO, the orange juice is flowing their way, and the coffee is flowing mine.

We're planning to go out to my mom's for lunch. I thought Jacob and I might do some hunting this afternoon but not if he's still feeling this bad. We'll see.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

You're welcome. It was very epic! I'm still riding on a high. If anyone is interested, the link to all 116 photos from my camera is here

I am so interested ~ thank you! (Yes, been a fan of the Boss since 1975 and have never seen him in concert so this is thrilling to see pix that are up close and personal!)

What a GREAT idea!!!!

What a great idea, somethings always taste better too after it has sat for a while. Now you have me inspired to make some of my freezer friendly items. I also feel the same way my family doesn't expect me to do all the cooking but I really enjoy doing it.
You can thank Ballcoach for that idea! He posted something about cooking early and freezing stuff so I thought I should do that this year. It will make for an easy cooking day on Thanksgiving!

Mmm ... sounds so good. Do you have Boston Market restaurants where you are? That's where we go when we want rotisserie chicken.

Because it's just the two of us, we usually get Boston Market turkey for Thanksgiving. We get the takeout "dinner for three"---turkey, three sides, and cornbread, enough for leftovers---and fix our own stuffing and other goodies to go with it.

Yes, we have Boston Market and we have bought up sides in the past to have with our Thanksgiving meal. They do have good food!

hey y'all! had a nice evening. been hanging out w/ the family all day & it went very well. the chili was great & the apple dumplings were a big hit! i even bought vanilla ice cream to go w/ them, yum.

gonna head over to the skillet now!:tree:

It was so nice to see you at the Skillet!

reminds me of the song "the cat came back!"
I once set all the clocks in the house ahead an hour and convinced the kids it was their bedtime! It worked great, a little complaining because for some reason no one was tired, but I sure enjoyed that evening!

What a day!
I was to work from 8:30 to 2pm....then she comes in and almost passes out so I send her off to the Hospital, making me do almost the whole day by myself (this is at a subway) It was 5 before the next worker was due and she came in 5 min late. I stayed till 5:30 to finish up the dishes, but when I found her just visiting with friends, I left her to finish them. With so much work to do if she had time to visit then she had time to do it herself, besides I was tired! (this is the same girl I talked about the other day, the one who thinks she was hired as window dressing rather than an actual worker!) LOL
Anyway, finally came home to a nice long soak, then had take out dinner (thought I would get someone to make my food for a change!)
Now I am catching up here and watching Night at the Museum.

My goodness, you are such an asset to that Subway. I hope today is a better one for you, Christmasstar!

Nice lazy Sunday for me today, movies in bed and an early night ahead of me I think.
Can't quite believe we only have 64 days until the big day, I've normally done so much shopping by now but I've done next to nothing.

I'm way behind, too! Enjoy your lazy day ~ sounds wonderful!

Chilly and foggy here this morning. Enjoying my hot chocolate and just relaxing.

Leaving for church in about 1/2 hour.

Have a great morning everyone!

Have a great morning (and MERRY day!) too, Christmasstar!

Good Sunday!
Im in my kitchen making dinner
-Sunday roast..

My eyes are so sore. Don't know whats wrong.
Maybe too little sleep?

Hope YOU have a amazing Sunday! =]

I hope your eyes are better and that you have an amazing and MERRY Sunday, Solice!

Awww... Meceka. That is so nice.....Bless you xo I couldn't make them move either if they were here. I will not even allow a mouse to be killed........

Meceka, Caninemom was quoting you here about the raccoon but I cannot find the post. You both sound JUST LIKE ME! I love having animals live around me. It was their home to begin with and I moved in on their turf. :D That's nice of you to let them live where they want to. I don't like to kill mice either!

In the case of squirrels in my attic, I had no choice but to patch up the holes where they got in. They can chew the wires and cause damage to the house or themselves but other than that, if nothing tragic will happen, let them do whatever! =)
