Have a great time, Jennifer. Yes, DO NOT take any school stuff! When I was working on my master's, I took stuff with me everywhere. Never again! You need some timeouts to be able to continue or your body and brain will retaliate! Take care.

I slept in a little bit today (oops) which means I am getting a late start to my day. I am going to be running around the house back and forth finishing my last minute packing. Tomorrow is the big day - vacation! I haven't been on a vacation for three years, so I am really looking forward to it. My stomach seems to be cooperating today although it still bothered me yesterday. I am praying that it gives me no trouble this trip! The weather is going to be HOT which I am not used to. We have been having 30s for the lows here. Temperatures near 90 will be like a shock to the system! Unfortunately the work is already piling up for me to do for school when I get back. I got as much as possible done, but I can't possibly pack heavy school books and notebooks. Plus it wouldn't be much of a vacation if I sat and did schoolwork the whole time.

I am going to try to catch up at some point this afternoon - I have been slacking terribly! I can't believe that when I get back it'll be a couple of days shy from November. I will be cranking out the Christmas tunes!

Hope to talk to you all later on - if not, pray for a safe flight for me tomorrow!

She's going to burn down her house just so she can have glitter candles everywhere.
 
Commercial. Time to chug more wine from the bottle under the table
 
Don't forget to save the bell to use as an ornament the next year.
