Morning, everybody! Hope this finds you enjoying your Sunday! Been up a couple of hours, but have been playing with the dogs. Now, it's time to sit down and watch some NFL. Can't wait.

Wifey is still sleeping, but we stayed up late and talked. We watched some Duck Dynasty, found Storm Chasers on Netflix....so I know that girl is getting better.

Today calls for NFL and playing outside. It's cold, but there are things that I need to get done outside.

Good morning! I had several posts I was going to comment on (multi quote) when my computer went "crazy" & closed out all my open programs, so now I start over.... Darn!!!!

I remember wanting to comment to Caninemom...I agree...it's finally an Ohio Winter!!! (so far!) Our friends were cursing my hubby last night for what he said back on October 30th....the 1st sticking snow was on the 30th of the month, which means 30 more snows this year. It's looking like it could happen!!!

Totally random thought...but next Christmas will be my last Christmas in the 30's I turn 39 dec 2nd...***and my heart goes into overdrive*** I don't think 40 is all that old..but its at least middle age..and I can't grasp that time is moving so fast!! My new Years resolution is to not wish my life away...enjoy the small things everyday in EVERY season not just fall/winter.....

You are still a young sprig !! Wait til you get to be MY age and are just about facing being a Sexagenerian !!!!!

Hi Holiday !! Yes - Even though it is cold and has been snowy it is NORMAL for our state and I am glad to see Winter behaving normally !!

I want a normal winter!!! We've doubled the amount of snow that we would normally have at this point of the year.

I am sure Wish understands, just like kids when you are for forcing medicine down their throats, baths, cleaning their rooms. They always love you. Even when they get mad at you.

Thanks, Xmas. I know it is for his own good, but sometimes I get a little teary after I am finished......I would rather it be ME than him.....

Good afternoon, MMC!

My it is a cold one out there! I spent the morning getting the first six months of my decluttering to-do list made up and then even tackled a few of the chores. There is a red velvet brownie leftover from Christmas and I am debating on whether or not to have it for lunch ~ my brother just walked in the house so I guess I'll share it with him. He did bring me a large coffee, afterall

I have to put in a few hours of research yet ~ I don't want to, but I must.

just been watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail.....in Germany the movie is called "Die Ritter der Kokosnuss" which translates into "The Knights Of The Coconut".....hilariously funny movie

That is one of my FAVORITE movies !!! I love Monty Pythin !!!

I think next year for Christmas we have decided to go with a real tree where we put up our 7.5 foot tree, so the kids can have the Griswold search for the perfect tree experience. We haven't had a real tree since 2003. We always got a Blue Spruce, that way they are so sharp, it will keep the cats from climbing it. cheesy

Just finished watching Holiday Inn, such a good movie.

Finding a live tree sounds like a great family outing !! xo

Umm, is tomorrow really New Years Eve? Yikes!!! I have a party to plan!!! Whose coming besides my neighbors? I promise to have plenty of coffee and tea to toast the new year in with.

Good evening, Christmas family

Watching Holiday Engagement on Hallmark. So hard to believe it is almost gone - another year of Christmas movies and music.

I took a nap today and when I woke up I was more tired than ever. I am still sleepy so I am going to turn in soon. So tired for some reason.

I have used it to convert a number of LP's to digital. Christmas albums, too!
Has a nice old-fashioned natural wood look that I like.

Our TEAC has a black cabinet. It's a great unit to have!

We are in Santa Rosa New Mexico approximately a third of the way to Wisconsin. The roads of been pretty good, thank God. And thank all of you guys for thinking of us and keeping us in your prayers. Harlowe is doing pretty good, she sure is a trooper! Her first evening was rough, but she's hanging in Better now. Hope you all are doing well! I sure miss you guys!!
On a side note, all of the small towns that we are stopping in for gas or a rest stop, have the cutest Christmas decorations! They just warm my heart and make me think of you guys even more. Take good care, and hope to talk to you soon.
