Sorry, I had to babysit from 8 to 5 and then I hopped on the lear to meet Seawaters out in Scottsdale at the Car auction. Unforuantely, the 2 million she loaned me wasn't enough. We didn't meet the reserve on Clark Gable's Mercedes and the Batmobile went for 4.2 million. The guy who bought the Batmobile said he is going to tear out the wall of his house so he can park it in his living room.

Oh Merry... you are NOT !!...I am just very, very hard on myself I guess. I am probably a good 15 pounds less now but I still see a very heavy person in the mirror. I think other people look good with "meat on their bones" ,,I just don't like me that way....xo

I am glad you had a good time with your sister, I have had no interest in seeing "The Hobbit" because they took a 200 page book and are making it into three epic length movies, I am sure there is a lot of creative story telling to make it that long. I saw all of the "Rings" movies and I liked them but they are not my cup of tea to see three more of that style in the theater. I will wait to see it on DVD.

i know what you mean.... I LOVED the actor who played Bilbo and of course Sir Ian McClellan as Gandalf and il love a good action movie just like everyone else, I just felt as though this movie had a lot violence that it did not need.... xo

It has been a lazy day here so far, I am tired for some reason, I guess staying up until 1am going through my Christmas music on the computer will do that to you. I may be one of few to do this, but I am going to have a football free day, the Penguins vs Rangers NHL game is on tonight, I may watch that instead of the Pats vs Ravens. I have to go feed the children lunch.

I hope you get rested...I was very tired yesterday after the movie. In fact, as I think I wrote earlier, I was in bed by 9 last evening. I think perhaps Winter can make a person tired.....:-?

Time for a new mirror, 'cause you look just fine to me. Nearly everyone dislikes what they see in the mirror one way or another. The face that looks back at me seems too old and flabby for my taste, but Mr. disagrees. I'm sure your friends would say you're being a bit too critical of yourself.

whenever we talked about ourselves in a negative manner my dad would ask..
"how many friends would you have if you said to them what you say to yourself? If you can treat them with kindness and respect you should do so for yourself too!"
