Long day and I'm headed to bed. Goodnight Everyone!!!
It must have been a long day for you not to check in on the Skillet! I was there all alone! Even Jonathan couldn't make it. Wayne sat next to me and listened.
Hmmmm...These leg cramps seem to be affecting a large portion of our Christmas family.....Maybe we are all over-exerting our legs in our sleep trying to run toward Christmas !! xo Hope your cramps are better ..xo
I think you are right! We are all running way to fast to get there but we just can't help it!!!
Good evening/morning Christmas family

I was so tired last night I went to bed at 9....Now I am wide awake and it is 2:38 in the morning !! I had to come to my favorite place, my second home, and check in !!

My sister and I had a wonderful time yesterday at the movie. We saw The Hobbit. I must confess I am not sure how much I liked it. Having read the book and also the Lord of The Ring Trilogy which are all quite charming and intended to be CHILDREN'S BOOKS, I was quite turned off by all the violence in it. The books talked of war and such but NOTHING graphic. In my opinion there is just too much dang violence in movies these days especially in films that are supposed to be based on children's stories. I was very disappointed in that regard. There were parts of it that still retained their charm but the violence and disgusting parts were way over the top to me.

I think I am finally sleepy again so I am going to try and get a few winks before morning....I really need to work today and I am hoping there is work in the system..I checked yesterday and there was none...Starting to get just a little worried...

Take care Christmas family xxoxo

I am happy that you and your sister had a great day even though the movie was not to your liking.

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's a beautiful morning here in Bellville. There's some kind of bird chirping away outside the kitchen window. It sounds like spring!

I did a little work yesterday on my part-time busness, then I went to my brother's shop to spray some glossy black paint under the hood before we put the engine in.

After that, we picked up my mom and went to the mall in Statesboro. I've lost so much weight lately that I needed new jeans...:???:!

I'm trying to get the family up for church, while nursing my second cuppa coffee.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy
Sounds like you got your health going in the right direction to keep that ticker strong! Are you still taking daily walks? Wayne and I are starting up again and hopefully this year will get bikes!!! We have been shopping for them!

Good Morning my Christmas Friends! We will be having another warm day today. We have onions plants in at work and I know the gardeners will be coming in buying them up. We start really picking up in business mid to late February and it will not let up until mid June. This is getting into our busy time of year.

I have been at my job for 10 straight years and we specialize in gardening but I have YET successfully managed to grow a garden!!! I can grow weeds successfully! At least I have a green thumb at something! cheesy I just depend on others at work and customers to bring in their overstock of veggies they grow. I will get a veggie garden started and have my grandchildren help me, they have fun doing so but somehow it just doesn't hold up! Maybe this year??? We will see!

Sorry, I had to babysit from 8 to 5 and then I hopped on the lear to meet Seawaters out in Scottsdale at the Car auction. Unforuantely, the 2 million she loaned me wasn't enough. We didn't meet the reserve on Clark Gable's Mercedes and the Batmobile went for 4.2 million. The guy who bought the Batmobile said he is going to tear out the wall of his house so he can park it in his living room.

Growing a garden is tough!
Good luck, maybe this year will be the year for you. And then you can be the master gardener in our Christmas town!! =]

Every morning (ok, not when it's freezing, but most mornings), while listening to old episodes of the Merry Podcasts. :-D

This morning I accidently chopped part of my middle finger off with a buzz saw and yes my eyes watered up.

Dude!! That's awful! I hope you are ok! Eyes watered? I would have been letting loose a snot-sucking, lip-quivering cry! Get better, friend!

A blizzard just started, snow blowing around like crazy!

Christmas trees in your yard??????? Whoa....awesome!

Good for you, friend. Keep it up!

Day 2 of a 3 day weekend....awesome.

Today- Cooking my special cheese dip and some tex/mex, reading the boards, doing some Christmas organizing (yep, that's right), detailing the interior of my truck, and watching some football while I clean house.

Yall try to stay out of trouble today.

I was thinking the same thing---if you're chubby in that picture, then I'm the size of Orson Welles!

I am glad you had a good time with your sister, I have had no interest in seeing "The Hobbit" because they took a 200 page book and are making it into three epic length movies, I am sure there is a lot of creative story telling to make it that long. I saw all of the "Rings" movies and I liked them but they are not my cup of tea to see three more of that style in the theater. I will wait to see it on DVD.
