well I am going to take my itchy self off to bed. My sister who is a nurse put me on benadryl so I hope that will work to relive it .

I think it will, Star, 'cause Benadryl is the brand name for ... diphenhydramine! For itching, it works either as an ointment or as a pill. It's also used as a sleep aid, so hopefully you can sleep tonight. I hope those bites are better soon. They were very unpleasant to see.

Good evening,

It was long day at work today, but at least it was time and a half. My better half finished making the Linzer pinwheels while I was at work, I came home and ate a handful of them, they are so good! I have a day off tomorrow, it will be LC and me on his last day before he starts kindergarten, I still can't believe my little guy is starting kindergarten. It seems just like yesterday I first met and held him for the first time. JP is going to help him get use to going around the school for the first few days. He is looking forward to going to school with his little brother.

To end my little blurb, I just want to mention I had a sort of Christmassy dream the other night.
I was heading to the little Christmas store in my town, and when I got there they were moving all the Christmas decorations and putting clothes in it's place. I asked what was going on, and they said the Christmas store was no more and it was being replaced. NOOOOOOOOO! I woke up and realized it was just a dream, phhheeewww! That was close to being a nightmare. cheesy

It was long day at work today, but at least it was time and a half. My better half finished making the Linzer pinwheels while I was at work, I came home and ate a handful of them, they are so good! I have a day off tomorrow, it will be LC and me on his last day before he starts kindergarten, I still can't believe my little guy is starting kindergarten. Glad it was just a dream. I have had a dream several times through the years where it is Christmas and I didn't realize it...in the dream I get upset when I realize I missed the season and didn't take time to enjoy and savor it.

Hello all. Not much going on here. I am off tomorrow and then I start the new job on Wednesday. I'm nervous!

First day at Kindergarten is truly special. It is lovely that he will have his big bro at the same school. My youngest will start school in a couple years. I feel comforted knowing that he will have his big brother nearby.

Yeah, sleep and me just don't agree any more. I did get about 3 hours before I woke up today though.

I was in and out of the grocery in 25 minutes!! It was great!! There was a lot more people there than I thought would be though.

Evening gang ... house is smelling great. Baked 2 loaves of zucchini applesauce bread and made 2 pizzas for dinner. Tempted to head out to get a cup of pumpkin spice coffee to go with the zucchini applesauce bread.

Was flipping through the channels on tv earlier and came across Christmas with the Kranks. So of course I just had to watch it. Now I am tempted to go watch another Christmas Movie. The big question is which one?
