Morning! It is the last day of September! I have been waiting all year for the start of October, I think of it as my pre start to the season.

It is always hard to catch up on posts over the weekend , I hope everyone is well. How was everybody's weekend? Ours went to fast and it was a long day at work yesterday. I have a number of things to get done today. I hope you all have a great start to the week........

Our weekend was nice! Went to a small Fall craft show & spent time outside in the beautiful weather!

Hope you have a great day, friend!!

It can't possibly be Monday morning again! You know what is cruel? When you dream it is a Saturday morning an then the alarm wakes you up to a cold Monday morning! Well at least it's autumn now and the last day of September! That is good news! I am about to eat breakfast of some leftover ham that has to be eaten up and I am the only one in the house that is eating ham and left over potato salad.(yummy breakfast)! Have a great drive to work this early Monday morning everyone!

Good Lunch Time My most favourite MMC Gang!

How are you doing?

Can't believe it is monday already. Why are the weekends always over much too soon? I was much to lazy this weekend and didn't get half of the planned stuff done. I was too caught up in "Fall of Giants" by Ken Follett.

Anyway I try to stay on top of my work load today and looking forward to my evening. Tonight I won't say up long as I didn't sleep very well last night.

Crossing Lines is a joint project of the German TV station Sat1, the French TV station TF1 and NBC. In europe the show got very good ratings. On NBC it only run during the summer break and I think therefore the ratings weren't that good. As far as I know the first season will be shown on two Canadian tv stations in the fall line-up. I'm not sure if NBC will work on the second season, as they are not satisfied with the ratings. Anyway there just has to be a second season!

The show centers around a special investigation team from the ICC. Each team member from another european country (besides one) police organisation.

Wiliam Fichtner from Prison Break is playing one of the characters. I never watched Prison Break and didn't know this actor before. But he became my favourite character in the show (with former IRA terrorist turned police officer) and he is such a great actor. On top of that he is just hot (eventhough he is wayyyyyyy to old for me). And Donald Sutherland plays the big boss in the show.

I also ordered the first season of Homeland. In Germany and Switzerland the second season is running at the moment. But the time frame is stupid. I heard from friends, that this show is amazing and want to give it a try.

Made and the others have already written such eloquent posts, that I just wanted to say that I know how you feel.

I hope you get better real soon!

Wow, is your cabin there? It looks so peaceful and pretty! - 7 Celsius? Wow we are far far away from that. Here it's around 14-15 Celsius. I'm envious now!

Do those stores have an online shop?

I can only afford to buy the yankee candle samplers. Everything els is way to expensive. I just lit up the Autumn Wreath, love the scent!

Congratulations! I hope you and the baby are staying safe and healthy!

loool I was thinking the same thing yesterday evening. Typical!! Did you watch NCIS LA as well? I completely lost track on both shows as I missed many episodes lately.

Looool this sounded so funny. I'm the youngest in my team (I'm 26 years old) and some of my co-workers often think they are old too, when we talk about music or things like that. Like when I tell them that I listened to a certain song during my high school.

What should I do then? I'm having this problem all year long with every kind of chocolate! And I can't blame it on a pregnancy either. On the other hand, I'm still 26 years old, so my body should still be able to bear it. ;-)

I don't think age matters. As long as the two of you fit so well together why worrying about the age?

Uh ohh, I can't image how this can smell nice. Guess it's because I'm Swiss.

Anyway I'm happy you like the scent.

Hope you sleep better tonight, Cetacea.

Have a great Monday

just looked up that show, it is not on the program yet, but will watch for it and see if we do get it here.

I know what you mean about it being Monday, I just spent the weekend away so it did not last nearly long enough! But, I do not have to work today so I can spend a day catching up.

Have a great day!

Good morning everyone!

Following a weekend in Boston, I have returned to Ottawa. The weather in Boston was absolutely beautiful. Sunny, no wind and temperatures that reached only to the low 70s/20s. Perfect for being outside all day.

Unfortunately, after a 6th place finish at regionals, our season is now over. The top three advanced to US Nationals. Overall, it was a fun year and hopefully we can use our experiences to build upon a stronger next season. 2014 should be a great year for us, especially since we're heading to Lecco, Italy for World Clubs. Good times ahead.

Upo our arrival in Leominster, where we were staying, we managed to go to do a slight bit of shopping. Of course, I snuck away inside Target and found the Christmas section buried in the back of the store. Excitingly, I took some photos. I will share them in a bit. They had some great decorations. No Christmas Trees were out yet, but lights, wreaths and decorations certainly brought smile to my face.

A new week is now upon us. Tomorrow, our calendars will flip from September to October and the Christmas Season will seem oh so close! The anticipation continues to build. Until then, enjoy the final day of September, everyone!

Good morning merry friends! I haven't had a chance to catch up, but I am going to say hello & then hopefully see what was going on here over the weekend!!! I have no doubt I have A LOT of reading to do!

I snapped a few "Fall" pictures over the weekend!

1st this is from my bike ride Thursday night - this woods is adjacent to the woods I posted a picture of last week - it's an awesome place to walk & an ok place to ride (narrow) You can see there are a lot of leaves on the ground, but most on the tree's are still green!:

This is along the same path! I love taking pics of this in the winter w/ SNOW on the ground!!!

And I took this Friday when I was outside at Mom/Dads, talking to my Dad. It's hard to tell in the pic, but the woods in the background is starting to turn & it just looked beautiful from where I was standing! The sky was so blue! This use to be my Grandpa/Grandma's woods - it sold when they sold the farm my Mom grew up in! I spent a lot of time in this woods when I was little!! : -)

And here are some pictures from the lake this weekend.

This channel looked so beautiful when we rode (bicycles) over the bridge Saturday morning - on our way back I had to stop & take a pic! Our friends live along this channel.

And this was taking yesterday morning. This is in front of our trailer - there was rain coming from the west, but the sun coming up in the East made the woods light up a beautiful gold color.

That's all I got! :D

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Woof, what a busy weekend! I got up at 5:30am Saturday to take Jacob and his friend to Six Flags. They had a blast, and Nancy & I enjoyed to cool weather and time to be alone. We finally left at 8:30 pm, and everyone in the car was asleep before we got out of Atlanta. I drove till midnight by myself. *yawn*

Yesterday afternoon, I got on the tractor and harrowed up Jacob's deer hunting spot. We'll go back this afternoon to plant the seeds and setup the camera.

It's another busy day at work. I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

I wish you all a great evening!

I'm going home in about a half hour. At home I'll have to do some chores before I can call it a night.

See you tomorrow!
