Did your foot come through it okay??

It's pretty sore. I kept taking breaks but having to make that many trips up and down the ladder wasn't a good thing for it. Then of course, I went to the grocery store tonight so that didn't help it calm down.

I just got back from the grocery and now I'm sitting here chatting with my 2 buddies on facebook.

Good evening, Christmas family!

The latest update on my nephew Camden is that he is doing good!!! He was weaned off the vent a few hours ago and is going to be in a crib soon. His parents might get to hold him then, too! Thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers for him - it means the world to me!!! Much love to all of you!!!

I forgot what a madhouse grocery shopping late Friday afternoon is - so glad to be home! While I was out I checked out K-Mart's Christmas displays. I bought a teapot ornament and two multi-movie Christmas DVD sets. I hope to find the time to watch a movie or two this weekend. I also picked a few ornaments up at the St. Vincent De Paul's store - love that place!

I did find some great gifts for the girls, I love shopping for them.
I picked up the 1st in series for the North Pole Tree Trimmers, it's cute!

at work today I mentioned to one of the guys that decorations were going up downtown and he complained hat it was to soon! It is only 38 days to go I pointed out. He looked at me and said "you are one of those Christmas fanatics aren't you? Only a Christmas fanatic knows the exact countdown to Christmas !!!"

Oh, I haven't been here in so long, it feels so good! Hopefully things will calm down a bit and I'll be able to get on here once in while again. Hard to believe the countdown is at 39 days!!!! This year has gone fast. My daughter started high school, has her first boyfriend, my son that moved out has moved back, he's going back to school, so I hope this degree works better for finding him a job than the last degree did! My step son just renewed his lease for a year, then mentioned that maybe next year he'd like to move back to save money. Easy come, easy go, I guess!
