We just got back from Wal-Mart. I bought the Spanish peanuts and a bottle of diet Pepsi, along with some Sour Patch Kids. OOOeee--SOUR!
They are great! Be careful, though. If you eat too many, your tongue will be raw

Almost the end of the day already, and we all know what that means....
It gets dark!
Thank you, sounds like a lot of fun.
I checked it out and the nearest one is an hour away. I think I will check it out.
I asked my son if he knew who they were, he said "mom, I grew up in the 90's, of course I know who they are!!" LOL
thank you...I watched the movie about a month ago, it is nice to watch this original footage. This is so interesting. I haven't finished watching, but I wanted to stop and share.
When you click on the address, episode #3 comes up ready to play.I suggest you first click on "CONTACT" to the left and then select #1, then watch them in order, #1 through #4 (each time going back to "contact" and selecting the next one). This is an interesting look at Lindberg’s flight preparations, takeoff, etc.… Be sure to watch all four segments

Win Perkins, a real estate appraiser who specializes in airport properties, has posted on his Website, a video he created of Charles Lindbergh's famous and risky takeoff in the "Spirit of St. Louis" (20May27). According to Perkins, this is unlike any other presentation of the take off footage.Perkins said he "painstakingly assembled news footage from five cameras that filmed Lindbergh's takeoff from Roosevelt Field, Long Island "and "mixed it with enhanced audio from the same newsreel sources."This is one of the most interesting videos I've seen come over the Internet. nice to hear all you precious animals are doing great! My Penny is doing her morning run around, bouncing off the furniture!Good morning, Christmas family
Getting ready to start for the day. Not much else going on. All the furkids are in their places sleeping. Clancy is in the bed beside me. Hermione is wandering around because she is bored, (potentially a very bad thing !), Wish is in his bed behind the couch and the kitties are having their usual feline morning adventures. I drank a Five Hour Energy like usual but for some reason this morning it really WIRED me. I feel like I could type a million lines a minute ! That won't last long though. They do not last five hours for me - at the most three hours.
I can't wait for Christmas in July !! I never have anything very witty to say but I enjoy Made and Binger and Coach and everyone else's comments.
I am taking a break from dieting. UGH. When I get to this point, I just have to stop. There is no use trying to make myself diet with this mind set. If the good Lord is willing, I will pick up where I left off when I am more ready emotionally. It is not wise nor healthy but I am going to have some of those things I have been really missing.
Wish is doing so incredibly well I can't believe it. Of course, that could all change in milliseconds. With only 25% kidney function, I guess he would be considered critical but you would never know it. I am an old hand now at administering the subcutaneous fluids - something I never thought I could do, but it is for his LIFE and I will do anything for my furkids.
Have a wonderful Christmassy day, dear Christmas family !!
