I had to show him the appointment card with the date and time that the receptionist had written out for me when I scheduled the appointment before he would believe me! I guess that's kind of the reverse of showing up on the wrong day.

Hubby has a scouts meeting tonight, so I am going to make some popcorn and set out some M & Ms to go with it. Then I am going to read my Galaxy Note for Dummies and set up some more apps and stuff. TTYT

My doctor has the policy that if I miss an appointment I have to pay him $20. So one day I asked if I show up and he is not there does he have to pay me $20? (never did get more than a chuckle from him!)

Thanks MerryMistletoe !!! I'll be fine as I hardly ever go anywhere but my husband has to take Clancy to the vet tomorrow.....I pray everyone who has to be out tomorrow are safe !! xo

My older son, who is nearly 8, prefers to spend his time in the book section of the store, rather that the toy or video game sections. He loves to read so much.

We are expecting 4-8 inches, ice, possible power outages, etc. Just depends what news outlet you read...frustrating...

Adrian just got home from Nebraska, and was calling me often to check on MN & WI roads. Glad he's home safe and that w/ the exception of shoveling, we don't have to worry too much about it.

Good evening,

Still feeling crappy, I have a Dr. appointment tomorrow to get this cough checked out. I have a ton of errands to do also, including picking up "Wreck It Ralph" on DVD, I can honestly say that was the best movie I saw in 2012. I can't wait to add it to our collection.
I hope everyone had a great day, I am making pot roast for dinner tomorrow night, you are all welcome to come for dinner and a movie.

I think Clancy will be okay. Her breath has been kind of funky lately, sort of like Wishy's and I just want to make SURE she is okay. I am so glad Adrian is back home........I can rest easier now.......((((Hugs)))) to you, Adrian and Harlowe Jean xo

New York city is no more than an hour away from me. Not a bad ride. My daughter and her friends just drove in this past weekend and walked around Times Square. Its a lot of fun.
