Tell him that he can also unhook his cable modem from the wall and leave it unplugged for a couple of hours to try and reset his IP address. Depending on who his internet is through it might take longer though.

My grandson had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance on Wednesday.

We had a rough couple of days just as I thought I was going to get back on here and stay caught up. On Wednesday I posted about my mother, grandkids and myself going to Six Flags in the morning. We got back and were about to go for a bike ride. My 3 grandkids and myself put on our bicycle helmets took the bikes out.

My oldest grandson managed to flip his bike and the handlebars were in a straight up position and he rammed his belly into it. He came down really hard. The pain was so bad that he couldn't walk. I saw it happen and it went deep into his belly but did not cut it, just scratched up real bad. We realized he could not move and called an ambulance. They transported him to Childrens Hospital and decided to admit him after they found fluids in his intestines. He was in so much pain that they had to give him morphine. After staying overnight they got him to eat and make sure he was holding down his food. They got him moving around and he started improving. They did decided to release him Thursday with some restrictions. I was just heartbroken but so glad he is doing better now.

We had on helmets, next I am putting them in full bodied armor! :lol:

Here to lighten up the story but the night we were all at the hospital Wayne and I decided to take home our other 2 grandchildren since mom and dad were staying with my oldest grandson at the hospital. It was almost 10:30 pm at this time and we are all exhausted and I am still feeling a bit of shock from everything, my 3 year old granddaughter is in the back seat just chattering away the whole entire time. I was actually thankful for it because she was giving Wayne and I a laugh and keeping the mood a little brighter. It was a 30 minute ride and she made an announcement 5 minutes before we got home, "Okay, we all need to be real quiet". (She was the only one talking)! Ha ha! She gets to the house and the chatter starts up again to the point where we are all laying down and dozing off and she starts talking to my dog! She talked herself to sleep! She is a hoot!

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a decent day here with a high of 50 and the sun shining. Then we are going to have some rain and snow flurries move in overnight. It's going to be a busy day around here. My mom has a follow up appointment with her family doctor to see how she is doing after the stroke here in a couple of hours. Then I have to go to my sister's house and help fill 2,000 easter eggs with candy for the girl scout easter egg hunt tomorrow. So hopefully it doesn't rain to much tonight because the city park floods real easy. Then again, an underwater easter egg hunt could be kind of fun it wasn't going to be in the 20's tomorrow morning. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is your mother feeling, Made ?? I hope she is okay. What would your family there or your family here ever do without you ???? We are so grateful for all you do xoxo (((HUGS))) xo PS: We still going to the North Pole :razz:?

While I was home sick yesterday I was near finishing a "triple feature" afghan---and my yarn ran out less than half a row from finishing. Urgh!

I am so excited about that. I have to take a bunch of courses but it will be so much fun getting paid to do what I love!

Hey everyone. How are ya? I am well. So glad it's the weekend! It's my weekend off and I am going to relax and enjoy it!

DH and I are going to go out tonight and enjoy St. Patrick's Day. A Irish band will be playing, which I will enjoy. My kids will be going with my in laws, which I appreciate greatly. They will come home sometime tomorrow afternoon.

How are you all doing and what is new? Made has been keeping me updated on you all.

Coach: congrats on the news of finding out your having a baby boy! What wonderful news! Hope your wife is feeling well.

Brad: Praying for you. Sorry to hear you had to have another stent placed. Glad hear they caught things in time.

Hoping you are going to enjoy your weekend! I've told Made...I feel horrible that I am not around as much anymore, but I know you guys understand. These kids are just keeping me so busy! I just love every second of it though!

Hello, Christmas Friends. I hope you all have a great weekend. I'm going to go home, paint my son's room, and maybe watch a little basketball tonight. My Thunder is playing (in case you don't know, that's the team from the O-K-C that wins all those games) .

Sorry...had to brag on the home town boys for a minute. Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend. You may keep me in your prayers, if you don't mind. Sunday I will be stepping down from a role I have been in for a while as I feel called to do some different things in my life. I have been so busy recently, and something has to give, so this role is coming to end so I can spend more time with my family and just take things a bit slower. While I'm looking forward to the change, it is still change and will be bittersweet.

But it doesn't matter. Right now, I sit on the deck looking at my martin houses and drinking coffee. It's a breezy 73 degrees and you can hear the sounds of baseball in the nearby distance. I was going to go to the game, but this is the best weather we are supposed to get for the next few days. So, I'm just going to sit....

Wifey is on her way home....dogs are laying at my feet....and all is right with my world.

Sugar, I tell everyone on here not to worry about trying to make it here everyday but then I am like you and hate missing my daily check in! It's been like that lately for me too then when I am just getting back I end up missing because my grandson going to the hospital. He is fine now so trying to get back on here again. We will see how long it last! =)

Kids are finishing up their Spring Break here. It's been a wild one with my grandson having to spend 2 days in the hospital! =(

Good news! My daughter and son-in-law thought they would have to cancel their vacation plans to the beach this weekend since my grandson had to go to the hospital. He is out and is feeling well enough for it. It will be a relaxing vacation since he is restricted from "rough and tough" playing, just relax on the beach and in their condo and he will be just fine!

Brad I just caught up with your posts.... I shocked, I'm sitting here shaking my head reading this. TTL that this was picked up before it could have been more tragic! Hey buddy, you get yourself all healed up and take good care of yourself. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, my friend. And remember these words, "you need to put the doughnut down and just walk away from the breakfast bar", lol.... keep us posted!

Oh, I promise Ive been eating right since my heart attack in July! I bet I haven't (knowingly) swallowed a molecule of cholesterol since then!
