Caninemom, I suffer with chronic headaches/migraines too. I've been going to neurologists for years. I actually have an appointment with one Monday. Haven't really been able to find much relief. Its so frustrating!

Sunday I will be stepping down from a role I have been in for a while as I feel called to do some different things in my life. I have been so busy recently, and something has to give, so this role is coming to end so I can spend more time with my family and just take things a bit slower. While I'm looking forward to the change, it is still change and will be bittersweet.

Wifey is on her way home....dogs are laying at my feet....and all is right with my world.

We have one more week of school to go, I'm looking foward to having the kids home. Enjoy your break!

Mom is doing okay. Her doctor was happy with how everything was looking today expect for the fact that she is still smoking. I went and got her one of the e-cigarettes hoping it would help her quit but she han't really used it yet.

As soon as my cold weather survival gear arrives, we are off to the pole!!!!

I am back from the vet. The doctor said my dog has some kind of airway disease going on. We are going to start her on medication that will hopefully help to open up the airway and make her breathe easier. My poor baby. Praying it helps her, she is so incerdibly sweet. I hate to see her uncomfortable.

I will keep her in my thoughts.

Haven't been around much today. Went to work but left about 12:30 and came home and slept for a few hours. Would have come home much earlier, but there was work that had to be done and they couldn't wait for a temp to get there. Nothing serious, just severe fatigue and brain fog. Yesterday evening I got dizzy suddenly for no good reason, and it just got worse, so I went to bed early. Even lying down, the bed spun unless I lay very still. I wasn't dizzy when I got up this morning, but I didn't feel right all day, and still don't. I think it has something to do with yesterday's dizziness somehow. I may stay home tomorrow if I feel the same in the morning. But that's nothing compared with what some of you are dealing with right now. You're all in my thoughts.

I hope you're feeling better now, I will keep you in my thoughts.

Maybe you have been this route already but I hear certain food allergies can trigger migraines too. I know it can be triggered by many things but you might give it a try to be tested for allergies to rule that out, if you haven't already done so. I hope you get better soon!

Same for you Caninemom on testing (if you have not already done so). =)
