After The Greasy Skillet (excellent show, btw!) went off yesterday I worked for another hour and then went to bed - could not sleep. Ugh, I hate when that happens. I was up before 4 so it is going to be a long day. Not much planned for today - I think I am going to stay home and take it easy.

Good morning everyone, It's sort of a dreary day today outside, cold, damp and dark, it looks like it can start raining at any moment. It's at least a three cup coffee morning this morning. I went over to my brothers place yesterday and helped him out a bit with some of his chores, we were giving a quick goodbye to some chickens and ducks that he has been raising. So, it looks like were going to have some fresh chicken for dinner tonight and I put a couple of ducks in the freezer as well.

I had started a project of transferring all of our homemade VHS videos of the kids as they were growing up to DVD a month ago and got side tracked, so today I'm going to make an effort to start working on them again. I'll probably will be doing this all day today and in between that doing laundry and making dinner later tonight for me and the mrs...

I guess while I'm sitting here today I'll have to stockpile some snowballs for later on....

I missed returning a few snowballs that hit me last week when I wasn't feeling well. And I can't find a way to throw a snowball in Tapatalk for iPad.

what a gloriously sunny but chilly day we have here!

I was up for awhile and then crawled back into bed and just got up again about 1/2 hour ago. Need to be at work by 4:30, hoping for a slow night.

Tomorrow is my first training day with NoFrills.

Sitting here with DS sitting beside me...this is the first time in months, trying to sit with my laptop and he doesn't mind and he isn't trying to steal it from it. I can tell he is maturing! I am proud of him! I think I will be able to check in more with you guys and be a mom too! Haha :hello:

I went for my breast doctor appointment on Friday. I told him about all the pain that I am still having, SOOO, we will do a bone scan next Thursday to make sure the cancer is not back as bone cancer. Sorry to be such a bummer, my Christmas friends.

Been watching the weather here...we're under a Winter Storm Watch starting at 12 am tonight until late Monday night. It says there is potential for heavy accumulation. I hate when it says that and it doesn't even give you a inches. Anyway, it's supposed to start out with heavy snow, then change over to sleet, then to freezing rain. It sounds like the sleet won't be until I'm home from work. Fingers crossed. I guess we'll see!

I hope the storm is easy on you guys !! xo

That does seem to be one of the limitations of Ipad.....

There on limitations with the Tapatalk, with the iPad. I don't know if I've ever got an update for it, since if I've got mi iPad. Hopefully they will got it figured out soon.
