It's the ONE QUARTER mark to the Season
And it arrives on Feb 12, just 24 days away!

(Just think. In less than 3 1/2 weeks we will be ONE QUARTER of the way to Christmas Season 2013!!)

Coincidence that one of the first milestones falls on Abraham Lincoln's birthday. I think not! cheesy

What happened? Too many choices???

We are always disappointed after we eat there, I honestly feel the food is made extra salty so you drink more, to make you eat less. Some of the other customers who were sitting behind us smelled like they hadn't bathed in a while, to put it nicely.

I forgot to tell y'all that I woke up during the night with cramps in both legs. I went to the fridge and finally found some pickles and drank some of the juice. The cramps left immediately!!! I sure was glad!

Did your husband like the smell of pickles when you returned?

My wife tends to stay away form me after I eat pickles. cheesy

Good afternoon, MMC!

I cannot wait until 3 PM - hockey is back! I am very excited to watch my Penguins. That being said, today calls for an easy but delicious dinner. We threw one of our favorites in the crockpot and the smell is making me hungry already!

We were supposed to get some snow tonight but they cancelled what they were calling for. Now the next couple of days are just supposed to be bitter cold - yuck.

I am going to finish some cleaning in the house and I will check back with you all later!

I missed the game, but at least they won.

Good afternoon, everyone. Just wanted to stop in quick, so you know that all is well, well sort of...ha.

I have caught the nasty bug that most of America seems to have. This cold is really running me down. I have no energy what-so-ever. I am thankful that it is my weekend off and DH is here to me take care of the kids. I just feel like I've been hit by a bus.

I know I've missed a lot on here. If I've missed anything super important, someone please PM or message me on Facebook. It would be greatly appreciated. I will try to stop back later, but I can't promise anything! Who knows how I will feel then!

hello everyone! Brandi will be furious with me if she catches here as I promised I would get some sleep. This morning I accidently chopped part of my middle finger off with a buzz saw and yes my eyes watered up. We went to the ER and they gave me a shot of the gooooood stuff. Man it was like heaven.! Then Brandi handed them the tip of my finger but they were not able to sow it back on.

They then gave me a prescription of this stuff(don't remember the name except it starts with a ;"d"..lord have mercy I shoulde not even be online.I hope everyone is having a better weekend than me...please excuse my ewrrors. At this ppoint I am seeing doubnle! Good nite!!!

Ouch! I hope the pain isn't too bad, I am sorry to hear they couldn't sew it back on. At least now if you give someone the middle finger you can tell them you were showing them your injury. cheesy

Thanks, it's blowing so hard that I couldn't take Har on her nightly walk. I couldn't even stay upright! And the roads are covered in ice, bad combo. We just need to cuddle by the fire

Good evening,

Long, busy day at work and then on the way home my car died, I think the gas line ruptured because there was gas leaking quite heavily under the car after it died. The tow truck driver said I was lucky it didn't catch fire. I am now home safe watching my beloved Boston Bruins. Day off tomorrow, nothing planned.

We just finished watching a British comedy film from 1937. And there was Alastair Sim playing a slimy lawyer---and very funny, too!

Gabulldawg, I'm so sorry to hear about your injury---I'll bet that's painful for a while. Take good care of yourself so you don't get an infection.

Thanks, MerryCarey. I'm going to hop in bed & watch some tv there, under the covers! And w/ a flashlight nearby. The news is warning @ possible power outages w/ the high winds. Hope not, because it may be getting down to -8!
